“Can't do better than here!”
What a great place. Everything one should expect from a hostel and more. Location is Amazing, 20 metres from the beach to swim or surf, or 7-8 minutes walk from a much calmer beach suitable (and recommended) for snorkeling, and right at the start of the main strip in town. Owner and staff were super friendly and helpful. Within 5 minutes of booking, the owner sent me a message helping me get to the place (no buses in Bombinhas. Don't let the Uber driver screw you for the TPA tax btw). Everything a traveller needs in a hostel. Free filtered drinking water. Hot (solar powered) multiple showers, inside and out, toilets on every floor, 2 kitchens. One inside, one outside with barbecue place. Two areas for socializing, again, inside and out (with Smart TV) plus a sort of garden out the back. Dorm rooms are clean with aircon and lockers are provided free. Individual lights plus a main light switch and plug sockets by each bed. I even got a free upgrade to a less busy room to prevent overcrowding (admittedly, not high season). For 3 nights I had the room to myself! Great. If you want to wake up with hummingbirds buzzing around outside your window (no joking) and the waves breaking in the distance, then this is the place to come.

The staff was great. The hostel wasn't too full so the owner made a free upgrade to give me more privacy. I would recommend this hostel to anyone
