“A great experience”

We had a good time. The suite was large, well equipped and very clean. It is located 20 mins walk across the park to the town square. We had an opportunity to use the spa facilities which were superb. Thank you to Paolo for your attention to detail and making sure we had everything we needed.

The property was recently renovated to create a beautiful boutique aparthotel. Paolo, the owner and host, has incorporated the latest technology and eco-friendly features in the design and fit-out. The security features were excellent and there is basement parking (you need to pre-book). We had booked the parking ahead of our stay and were delighted to find electric car charging facilities as we had rented an electric car. Charging was super easy and reasonably priced. The property also features a lovely pool and garden and rooftop terrace for guests to use. Our apartment was spacious, quiet, comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed excellent sleep each night which was especially appreciated after a day of hiking in the Dolomites. There was a lovely balcony with nice view. The kitchenette was on the small side but had the essential equipment to make basic meals. Paolo is an excellent host and lives on-site. He was super friendly and had lots of recommendations on places to visit and things to do. He was also very helpful and accommodating. From the room description on Booking.com I was under the impression the washing machine was in the room. The washing machines are in fact in a separate room used by staff for washing the hotel's linen and not totally suitable for washing all types of clothing. So, Paolo kindly offered to to wash our clothes in the washing machine in his own apartment. We loved our 4-night stay in Bolzano and The Wellness Suites and we would definitely like to go back as the region has much to offer in both winter and summer.

Wellnes Smart Suites really impressed me with its high quality, extremly forthcoming & supportive staff as well as the great location within Bozen. The Appartments themselves are very tidy, comfortable, are well equipped and of high quality. They also include a parking garage for up to 4 vehicles as well as chargers for electric cars for a very fair price. They are situated close to the city center, about 20 Minutes on foot, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in the surrounding area. We did not try the public transport or wellness facilities and pool. To sum up if you are looking for comfortable appartments within bozen with a great host and a hint of luxury for a fair price Wellnes Smart Suites are for you.

Clean and quiet place to stay

Well equipped place with lots of space. Kitchen was well-equipped and we had access directly to the garage.

Beautiful place and a very welcoming host! Close to the centre without being noisy. Comfortable and pleasing without being excessive. The arrangement is done with taste, balance and love. The terrace with a shower on the rooftop was genius. Thank you, Paolo!

Excellent property that was clearly thoughtfully designed. Paolo was super friendly and made us feel right at home. The rooftop terrace is out of this world. Views of the mountains and across Bolzano. Great property.

It's a family business and the hosts were really nice. I really liked the appartement it was very clean and very well equipped. The rooftop has a very beautiful view on the mountains not far away. The bike renting option is also a good idea to discover Bolzano.

We booked here spontaneously after our other accommodation cancelled on us last minute and were given a spacious and beautifully furnished apartment. It had all the amenities we needed, and the host was very kind. We loved the location in a beautiful and calm area. Next time we're in Bozen, we'd definitely stay here again.

The studios are located in a quiet area north of Bolzano, about 15 minutes walk from the center. The place is beautiful, comfortable, everything is new and perfectly equipped, down to the smallest detail. Although the reason for my stay was very complicated (I was accompanying my husband in the hospital after a very serious accident), staying in this studio has made me feel better. Paolo, the landlord, was always concerned that I was well, he solved all my doubts and helped me when I needed it. As I had to go to and from the hospital several times a day, Paolo offered me to rent a bike to move around the city. It was the best decision, the bike is brand new, it works great and Bolzano is a perfect city to get around by bike. I can only recommend this place, I will remember it fondly despite the harsh circumstances and I hope to return one day to enjoy it as it deserves.

We liked the location and the private parking they offered.

No reception. Communicating with the host via WhatsApp, especially on roaming was painful. Lots of instructions to enter and exit property. Can be quite stressful after a long day of travel. No restaurant or market nearby. Have to walk at least 800m each way to the nearest market/restaurant and back. Paid parking, and tight parking spaces. Getting in and out of the garage with a large car can be tricky.
