The place is super clean and cozy and quite easy to find, free minibar is nice touch. Very comfy bed, everything looks quite new and well kept.

Everything was wonderful. The room for two was spacious, with a large comfortable bed. There was a kettle and a coffee machine in the room. It was clean, warm, and had everything we needed. The only downside was that it was not possible to leave luggage after checking out of the hotel. The luggage storage at the train station is also available only from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The villa is located not far from the train station, about a 10–15 minute walk away. There is a nice Chinese restaurant nearby, and the city center is also within easy reach. If you do not receive the access code for your room by email, make sure to call the hotel or contact them via WhatsApp right away.

“We'll be back!!”
This place was amazing, everything seemed new and qualitative, selected with love, care and great taste, from the decorations, bedding and towels to the coffee/tea making facilities, toiletries, fixtures and fittings. The self check-in sounds complicated, but actually works very well - just follow the clear instructions given by the host. We bumped into the cleaning lady once during our 2-night stay, she was friendly, we didn't see anybody else. The location of Villa Jasmine is perfect - 10 mins walk from the train station and very convenient for the beautiful old part of the town. It was always a pleasure to come back to this place, welcomed by the floral scents of the jasmine climbing the outside steps. Thank you so much.

Excellent location, modern interior design, quiet neighborhood, Nespresso coffee machine with coffee refill every day, as well as juice, beer and water. Also parking lot at location is a big plus.

A fab wee place to stay. Handy to everything. There is everything you need. Love the nice coffee and welcome drinks in the fridge. Love;y linen and towels. It’s set back from the street so lovely and private but just a few steps back out again. Very nice personal touches and communications.

Location was great. Room very well equipted. Even free bottle of water,beer and juice in a small fridge. Room was very niece and very clean. Very easy (code) acces and a good (secure) parking space.

“Beautiful apartment and the perfect place to visit Bolzano.”
Beautifully curated apartment. I screenshot the instructions and didn’t have my wifi turned on so missed the last instructions to enter the apartment. Manuel was very helpful and prompt to assist. Handy to everywhere and appreciated the outdoor furniture to enjoy our morning coffee outside listening to the church bells and the birds. Very thoughtful host to supply very nice welcome drinks in the fridge. We have already booked to return.
