Lovely space!

“Magical, peaceful, and perfectly located!”

I absolutely loved my stay at Villa Anita. It truly felt like a home away from home. My room was spacious and comfortable, featuring lovely views of the garden and the mountains in the distance. The entire villa is incredibly atmospheric, boasting beautiful surroundings, a magical garden, and a charming vintage flair. For me, the location is unbeatable. It is within walking distance of the city center, train, and bus station, and just minutes away from lively bars, cafés, and restaurants. At the same time, it remains wonderfully calm and quiet. It served me as the perfect base in Bolzano, allowing me to take day trips into nature, explore nearby towns, and ultimately fall in love with Südtirol. Finally, the staff at Villa Anita is so lovely and helpful. They made me feel completely welcome from my very first moments there. Highly recommended!

Pamela at the reception was very helpful and super welcoming! The room is comfortable and good value for money, there was free coffee and free tea, and the location is very convenient to visit the centre. I recommend it!

“Good location, nice building, service could be better”

The location was very nice, 5 min to the center on foot. The room was very spacious and it had everything we needed. The kitchen was quite useful. The coffee corners that were available on each floor was a nice thing to have in the morning.

Would be nice to update big bathroom tech. Also it was little bit uncomfortable to wash the dishes without kitchen sink and towels for that, so small kitchen area are missing.

The location was fantastic. Walking distance to town and train station and cable car. Shared bathroom worked well.

“Outstanding”

The staff at Villa Anita went above and beyond to make our stay special. The hostess brought a bottle of prosecco to our suite, as we were visiting to celebrate our engagement. She also was extremely helpful and thorough when explaining the activities in the city.

I booked the double room, which was spacious and had a nice big sofa. Bed was comfortable. I thought there would be a kitchen but what I saw in the pictures seems to belong to a private apartment you can book as well. There was a fridge, kettle and microwave availble though in the common area. The location is good, quite close to the old town and 10-15min walking from the train station.

The location of Villa Anita is perfect, just few minutes from the centre. The views are lovely and the neighbourhood is calm. The staff was super responsive and always ready to help us.

“Good place to stay”

I was very happy with my stay at Villa Anita! I had a private room, and the bathroom and shower were shared. At first, I was a bit unsure about sharing a bathroom with other guests, but it turned out to be absolutely fine — everything was very clean, neat, and comfortable. There was no kitchen, but the shared area had a kettle, microwave, coffee machine, and some snacks, which was very convenient and thoughtful. The atmosphere was calm, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Very clean and well located near the city centre (easy walking distance even with a 6 y old child). Rooms are clean and shared bathroom provided not problem. Coffee and tea facility highly appreciated

The villa was beautiful with large rooms. The location was excellent - quiet but near the action. The host was very pleasant and was always available for questions. Over-all a great place to stay, I would stay again and recommend it to others.

Perfect location, in the center of Bolzano. Parking on site. Cozy accommodation. Very helpful and kind host. Excellent value for the price. This was our base for skiing in Dolomites east and west of Bolzano.
