The place is very clean. Staff response was quick, with proper instructions given prior to arrival. Keyless access is indeed very convenient. Location is right in the midst of an avenue with many restaurants.

The location of the apartments is very convenient for people traveling without a car. In the very center of Bolzano. Around them there is a supermarket and various restaurants. Although we did not include breakfast in our stay, I cannot miss to mention the wonderful attitude and delicious food at Stay Cooper Cafe which is in a 2-minute walk away. Thanks also to the staff - the lady in the company office, who allowed us to leave our suitcases with her after our check-out in the morning, so that we could have time to walk around peacefully, before catching the bus to our next destination.

We stayed at the Tivoli Apartment in Bolzano for 3 nights. We were 2 couples. While one apartment was fine, the second apartment experience was absolutely horrible. The AC in that apartment was not working for the entire stay, despite the extreme summer heat in Bolzano. They only sent a technician who despite knowing that there is an issue, did not acknowledge the issue on record. The couple in the second apartment couldn’t sleep at all because of the heat. We requested them to either repair the AC, change our apartment, or provide a refund– but got no proper response. Nothing was done. The Wi-Fi also didn’t work during the whole stay. Basic facilities like AC and Wi-Fi are essential, yet they completely failed to provide them. Money totally wasted. This place has set the worst example of Italian hospitality I have ever seen. I would give zero stars for the second apartment if I could. The minimum they could do was refund our money and we could have shifted to some other property but they didn’t give any solution.

Being Able to store the luggage at their offices really saved the day. The Apartment was everything we needed and perfect for self catering. It was centrally located and easy to explore the area using this as our base

The location was excellent, the apartment was large and spacious, and the staff were friendly and provided quick responses to any questions. Check-in went smoothly without any issues. One additional positive was the possibility to store our luggage at the Stay Cooper office after we checked out.
