“Beautiful room, wouldn’t call it a balcony though…”

Beautiful property situated in a prefect location in the arcades, we couldn’t have been closer to everything we planned to see!

Spacious room, very stylish

Power cuts out if you overload capacity (which is easily done with the hob on). But instructions are clear on how to access the man breaker box. Staff are friendly too :). To solve, just disable the boiler whilst cooking…

The flat was excellent, location great, beds comfortable. The host was very responsive, because the TV remote control didn’t work and they fixed it with an hour. Wifi good.

Easy to use the keyless entry via my mobile phone. Great location on one of the main shopping streets, perfect for a family for the Christmas markets. Liked the kitchenette, the tea and coffee maker. Lighting and bed capacity were good.

This was already my third stay at these apartments, and I absolutely love them. The place truly feels like home — everything you need is here. You can arrive and immediately feel comfortable: cook your own meals, bake some fish, relax, and enjoy your favorite movies in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Balsamo. As soon as you step outside, you’ll find shops, restaurants, and cafés just around the corner, and the train station is only a 3-minute walk away. It couldn’t be more convenient. What impressed me the most is the outstanding service. Whenever I had a question, I wrote to the host, and he always replied instantly with great care. I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism — it makes all the difference. I will definitely keep coming back to this beautiful and comfortable place. A big thank you to the wonderful hosts, who are always so attentive, helpful, and polite. They make every stay special.

very noisy downstairs guests that kept up awake all night - broke the rules - smoked etc we mentioned it to a COOPERS rep next day as we left

Fantastic location in centre of town in amongst the luxury stores (& walking distance from station). Spacious, well lit, well heated, exceptionally clean + it conveniently had an elevator. The self check-in was a good system too (once I figured out how to trigger the lock opening on app). They tended to a curtain that wouldn’t close (initially difficult for my son to sleep with light coming in).

Very central location. 7 min walk from car parking , bit tricky with suitcases on cobblestones. Thankfully there is a lift! Quite roomy.
