“Definetly worth it!”
The location was very nice, very close to the center. There's a supermarket in a 2 mins walk, with also the christmas market being VERY close. The loft was big and beautiful. The terrace was our favourite area. There was a sunroof and overall the apartment was sparkly clean. Will definetly come back here if we ever decide to vist Bolzano once more. Definetly recommended.

Easy access with contactless entry. Apartment was lovely and clean, and spacious, a good place to stay for a few nights to see the beauty of the area. Very good location to all the lovely parts of the old town, for the train station, for food and drinking spots and the daily market.

“Great base for exploring Bolzano”
We had a great stay. The apartment is spacious and really well equipped. The beds really comfortable so a good nights sleep. Loved exploring Bolzano and the apartment is right in the centre. Excellent breakfast and they kindly let us store our bags on the day of departure.

“Great apartment. N.B. access is from Via Dr. Josef Streiter (NOT VIA Vintler) if you arrive late.”
The difficulty was getting access to the property. If you arrive late you have to access from Via Dr. Josef Streiter (NOT Via Vintler). There is a code to get access through a glass fire door in a small shopping complex which is next to a bar/ cinema and then it was straightforward. The electronic keys were weird but worked. No complaints about the property although air con was a bit noisy and might just need a service. Clean, grey, minimalist look with views onto church and rooftops. V comfy bed, kitchen all worked well. More of a bachelor type look. Now we know how to get in we would definitely stay here again.

This company knows what they are doing, this is the second apartment we have rented in from them in Bolzano. They supply coffee pods, sugar, tea. Communication is flawless and they have the best blackout shutters!
