The staff were incredibly helpful. They were very responsive via email, allowed us to store our bags for several days while we hiked in the Dolomites even though we weren’t staying again on the other end of the trip, and Marian in particular stayed a few minutes behind the office’s closing time to allow us to retrieve our bags when we came back. That was so deeply appreciated! The rooms were spare but comfortable. Location was excellent, right in city center.

Great location, smack bang in the centre of town and only a short walk from the train and bus stations. The room was functional but pleasant, and the bed was actually very comfortable. There was a huge amount of cupboard space. There was a kitchen along the corridor with a fridge and cooking facilities if you needed them. Not the most luxurious place I've stayed but everything was clean and tidy and we had a good night's sleep. I think we were most impressed with the whizzy electronic entry to the doors that you can operate from your phone! It's a self-check in only hotel and it was all quite seamless. We arrived early to Bolzano and we were able to leave our bags in their central office before check in - which helped a lot. The location is really what sold it though - it is right where you need to be in the centre of town. Plenty of cafes and bakeries in the vicinity for breakfast.

The property was clean and in a good location (convenient for visiting the Rosengarten group if you are interested in seeing the Dolomites). Also very close to the station and to good food, as well as located in the beautiful historic old town.

The sink, the shower, the bed

Clean, central and secure location, had a balcony that could see the mountains, and had a shared kitchen, washing machine and clothes drying rack. I had an issue checking into one of my two rooms booked (host didn't send me the access code) and I called their customer service line, and they quickly helped me.
