Lovely apartment, modern and spacious. Lots of space, great furniture, warm and comfortable. Kitchenette available (though I did not use it), wide bathroom, large and firm bed, very quiet. The building is in the historical center, smack in the middle of the city. Beautiful hallways, full of stuccos and frescos. Absolutely recommended.

Both apartment are good size for our group of 4 and 2! Kitchen in the 2 bedrooms apartment is great with all the cooking wares! Convenient location with restaurants, supermarket and cafes on the same street!

The location is very central to the city. And is available upon a fee, with relatively easy access.

The location of the apartment and the luxurious bedroom. Furthermore, we did appreciate the choice for furniture and textile colours (drapes and cushions) in the entire apartment. And, above all, the host was exceptionally friendly and helpful!!!

Central and in the old city. Everything walking distance. Parking in connected building. We used is a base to visit key locations/hikes in the Dolomites (by car)

The property is fancy and in a great location! The size of all the rooms is big, bigger than you need to be honest. Bathroom was clean and the shower had great water pressure.

“Great place for a long stay in Bolzano”

On the whole we were happy with this spacious apartment on the pedestrianised street, close to a supermarket, cafes, restaurants and numerous shops, as well as being only a few minutes from Walther Platz, the heart of Bolzano. It’s close to the railway and bus stations too. The apartment is well set up, comfortable, with a large table and good wi-fi, a small kitchen and a small balcony. The bathroom is fine but there was a problem with the track of one of the shower doors. The main drawback of this apartment is that the bedroom is up a flight of stairs and there is no handrail to hang on to – scary for an older traveller like me. This was not made clear in the Booking.com entry. There is a washing machine but only a clothes horse to dry on. There is no safe. We can recommend Alessandro’s Italy Dolomites tours for a great day out. Love Bolzano!
