One of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed!! The host was very helpful with everything we needed!

“Cozy loft”

We stayed at the loft for 4 nights and we loved it. It's exactly like the pictures and the vibe is super nice with all the plants, light and furniture in wood. We had a smooth check in and the place was perfectly clean and equipped. The host Juan was very kind and helpful. The location is good, you are in the center of the city and can reach restaurants, shops,...by feet. You are also close to beautiful hikes. We recommend it for everyone looking for an enjoyable stay in Bolzano!

Juan is a great host who gave us lots of useful information and was always available. The location of the loft is outstanding and everything you need is close by. The loft itself is high quality and stylishly furnished.

Excellent location, near the city centre, but in a quiet street. The apartment is modern and clean (just as in the photos) and everything was in excellent conditions.

Juan’s apartment is terrific, tasteful, spotless and modern. It looks like something out of a contemporary design magazine but has all amenities one could need. Great location, quiet and close to bus stops for trips out to the mountains. Aldi close by; fantastic pizza around the corner; lots of recommendations supplied. The centre is a short walk away. Juan is an excellent and genuine host; he supplied perfect arrival details and tips. You receive a personal and individual touch that we really appreciated. This is a perfect and reasonably priced apartment for a visit to Bolzano and its surrounds.

The location of Loft del Talvera is quite good - you can reach the center in a 10min walk. The loft itself is accessible via PIN-code - no need to carry a key with you. The host was very friendly and available for any issues (e.g. you get supplied with sightseeing-tips).

The place was very well maintained and clean. We could walk to the center in 15 minutes. Juan was an amazing host who gave us a a lot of suggestions for places to see and eateries nearby. Definitely recommend !

Lovely host - thank you Juan! The apartment had all we needed and was a good base for exploring the city and the Dolomites. The underfloor heating was cosy and the kitchen good for cooking in. Supermarkets close by!

First of all, about the host. Juan is very kind and communication was perfect before and during our stay. You can feel he really cares of his guests. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It's comfortable and very well equipped. Perfect for 2 persons. Everything is new, modern style and high quality. Located at the side, quiet street. Everything you need daily is within five mins - bus stops, bars, supermarkets. To centre of the old town about 10 mins through a nice park and the river. Bolzano is nice for several days stay and very good base for trips within 3h range. Buy Mobilcard Sudtirol for 1, 3 or 7 days which a great deal for the whole Sudtirol public transport including trains, buses, some cable cart lines.

Loved to stay at Loft del Talvera. Beautifully furnished, has all the amenities you might need. It was spotlessly clean. I really liked the location, it is in a quiet street near the river park, 10-15 min walk from the old town. So, you get peace while still being central and can blend in with locals sitting at the bar next door:) Also, the parking was fixed by the host. The host was proactive and helpfull. Would stay here again.

Probably the best apartment I've ever stayed in on my travels 😍. Amazing interior design, very cozy and everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The apartment has been rented for more than a year, but it still looks like new and even better than in the photo, now there are additional armchairs in front of the TV and a lot of plants. The location is great too. Nearby there are shops and restaurants, to the center 10 min. Special thanks to Juan for the warm hospitality, a present upon arrival and for the cozy atmosphere. The owner of the apartment is a very pleasant person who will not only tell you about all the locations in the city, but also very sociable and friendly, which will definitely add a great mood to your trip to Bolzano. ;)

The apartment had everything - from coffee to little touches like a bathrobe, a set table for two, all cooking supplies, a gorgeous bathroom, enough space to do yoga, best ever apartment, would stay there again in a heartbeat. Especially appreciated was including laundry soap for the washing machine.
