“We will be back”
Good location, all personal very friendly. Breakfast already at 07:00, very good. Parking at the hotel and with Bus 110 fast to get in the city.

“Barebones room in an undescript location.”
The bed was comfortable. Property was clean. Blackout blind for large windows. Nice pastries at breakfast time

The check in/reception staff was very friendly & helpful, she gave us free bus & cable car tickets and suggestions on what to see in the Dolomites. Breakfast included was great. Secure hire car parking was appreciated.

“Everything we needed. Wonderful staff”
The staff were amazing, so helpful, and they provide a free transport pass so you can get the bus into town. We had to leave before breakfast one morning and they provided us breakfast the night before. Well catered for gluten free too.

The staff were very helpful especiallyat the reception. We were given free tickets for train, cable cars and buses in the region. Breakfast was good and the view from our room was excellent. Parking was not a problem.

“Fair for short stays and exploring the city”
The common facilities are good, nice bar, and fair restaurant. The bed was very confortable and it was clean. Also the staff was super friendly and polite. The food in the restaurant was also decent, not great though. They give you public transport card for free, very nice detail.

Great staff made check in easy. Room was a bit small but fine for a 1 night stay. Comfy beds, very clean room and shower. Dinner was nice and breakfast was good. Helpful staff and a good place to stay if you are cycling the Claudia Augusta

A big thank you to lady on reception, think she is called Maria (sorry if I've got your name wrong) and Anton who served us for a our evening meal amazing service, the food was fantastic.. I had car issue and the lady on reception couldn't do enough to help recommend a local garage. We had the weather on our side so took advantage of the of the roof top jacuzzi whilst my car was getting fixed, stunning views. A great place to just chill

“Late check in, easy access, good breakfast”
Easy access and parking. Good breakfast. Clean room and fast wifi. We were able to check in at midnight. Just ask in advance and they will arrange everything for you.
