“An excellent two night break in Bolzano”

Lovely room and bathroom. Covered parking in a garage for our car. Delicious breakfast and evening meals. Very friendly and helpful staff, who spoke good English.

We had a superior room that was spacious. Everything about the hotel was great.

Beautiful hotel, gorgeous views from our room (305) and the outside tables in the restaurant. The staff were very polite and friendly. The breakfast was delicious- lots of healthy choices with a couple of delicious homemade cakes for a little treat. The pool area was peaceful and tranquil.

Everything was great. There were just no slippers in the room.

Breakfast, bad, terrace, restaurant, sudtirol guest pass (which allows guests to free ride in the citi's public transportation, inclusing the cable car and the fernicular in Oberbozen).

The hotel is beautiful and clean, and the receptionist was very kind and professional. The room was also nice and clean;

We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for anyone looking to stay in Bolzano. The staff were so kind and accommodating and the hotel itself has incredible facilities and beautiful, spacious rooms. The free use of public transport is a huge added bonus making it super easy to get into town, and the breakfast was outstanding. We were blown away with the beauty of this hotel and would love to come again in future.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was very well organized, the staff was friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our experience even better the room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a great view. The entire stay was smooth and relaxing. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the quality of the service. Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back!
