“Intriguing place and made for an enjoyable stay!”

Very central and the hotel was very quirky!

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The rooms are tidy and the surroundings are comfortable. I’d like to express my gratitude to the short-haired blonde staff at the front desk. She not only helped me finish the check-in process quickly, but also arranged safe luggage storage for me. She was patient, warm and thoughtful. Highly recommend this hotel to all travellers!

“Gorgeous hotel in a perfect location with great staff, comfy beds and fantastic breakfast”

The hotel is beautifully decorated to reflect some of the ancient (800 year old) history combined with beautiful new furnishings. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with great amenities...coffee machine bonus! The breakfast has absolutely everything including most importantly great coffee, many milk choices and even decaf! The tea selection was enormous also.

It’s in the middle of Bolzano and easy to reach. The building has a unique vibe and was restored with lots of thought and taste. The room was super cosy. Breakfast was superb.

Friendly, good location

“Beautiful place, full of character, in the middle of the old town”

The hotel is situated in the middle of the old town, only 10 minutes from the train station. That means you can do most sightseeing on foot. The rooms are beautiful, with character and charm. Reception was very kind - they took me on a short tour of the hotel when I arrived and gave me a great tip for Upper Bozen.

Lovely hotel in historic houses in central Bolzano. Very attentive staff. No lift to the room but staff carried our luggage up the stairs. Fantastic breakfast. Beautiful room with lots of nice touches. Great view over the city from the roof terrace.

Fantastic historical building with all the hotel comforts and newly refurbished.

Breakfast was very good, cheeses, excellent bread and 10 different cakes, muesli and meats. Perfect. Our room was very comfortable and common areas were labyrinth-like, and cosy to explore

The building is beautiful and the rooftop view is amazing. All staff members were extremely kind and accommodating!

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my husky. They left dog bowls and blankets in the room for her. The location was wonderful and the entire hotel had plenty of character. A truly wonderful place to stay.
