The hotel is located in a picturesque place among the Alps. There are bus and train stops near the hotel, so it is very convenient to travel. The room was clean, comfortable with a wonderful view of the mountains. The hotel staff is very nice, friendly, they solved all our requests. If we visit Bolzano again, we will stop only here.

“Basic hotel”
Breakfast was fine, limited choice but good. Rooms very basic and I seemed to have a smoking room ( I didnt know they still are allowed) Parking was free and east to get to. I arrived at 21h00 and they waited for me before closing down.

The breakfast was OK. There were a large variety of food. Soundproofing of the room was satisfying. Despite the fact that the railway is near the hotel we nearly couldn't hear anything noisy.

I'm not sure why others didn't like the hotel. We found the hotel quite nice. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. Although the place looked run-down from the outside, it was cozy inside. Breakfast was okay. I didn't have the time to write a review, but the only reason I'm writing now is that I believe this hotel deserves a better rating than its current one.

“Excellent stay, could have been for more nights than one.”
The hotel is in a quiet location though close enough to the town center of Bozen. The room had a nice view, was quite large en comfortable. Good breakfast.

“Great find, amazing value!”
We loved staying here! Great, quiet location, just outside Bolzano with beautiful views, wonderful rooms, the BEST coffee and breakfast and fabulous service. It was an easy drive into Bolzano to take the cable car up the mountain for amazing views.
