Franz, home was just so lovely and super clean. Everything had been thought of. Franz was excellent at communication. Location easy and close on public transport. Neighbour hood was lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Poor location, and they gave us the wrong code to access the key. The door locked oddly and it was difficult to find the parking space.

Clean and had everything we needed for a couple of nights. Being able to book and enter property at short notice when we couldn’t get a campsite. A nice break from camping but still within a reasonable budget. Allocated parking.Easy access to tourist attractions in Bolzano

“Best place to stay in Bolzano”
Wow, what can I say except that the apartment was amazing. Firstly it was in a great location near supermarkets, cafes & Restaurants. Secondly it was on the ground floor so no lugging luggage up endless flights of stairs and we found it easy to get a street parking spot just outside the front door. The apartment looked newly renovated with all the mod cons so we were very comfortable. The host provided tea, coffee, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper as well as dishwashing liquid, sponges, tea towels etc, which doesn't sound like much but you'd be surprised at how many properties in Italy do not provide these basics. Also the apartment was very warm and had lots of hot water for a shower. The apartment has a separate bedroom and the bed & pillows were comfortable. The internet was fast and we were able to watch YouTube on the TV. Thanks Franz for our best stay in Italy yet.
