“Conveniently located for a great price!”

Great location in Bolzano! The apartment was newly furbished and it was big for a family of 4 adults. Good amenities and great view of the mountains.

“Terrible manager ruining a normally nice place”

The manager just lacks human decency. She has no idea on working in hospitality sector. First day, There was a mix in key codes they sent through whatsapp in check in and there was another women in our apartment when we opened the door. Immediately called the manager and she came screaming from the down stairs without listening to no one and trying to move us in a one bedroom when we were booked for two bedroom. She said she can not clean our original room and asked us to move the bed sheets by ourselfs and put new ones if we want and after we did not accept to move to the original room used by other client without cleaning she gave us another two bedroom (302) which was visibly less nicer (No refund processed yet). Next day we moved our bags to the original room and left with cleaning lady in the room and when we came back we found the door open to end with our bags inside. Luckly nothing was stolen. And on the last day another client opened the door with the code suddenly before check out time (So they don't change the codes between clients). When we said to manager this she started again with terrible attitute.

The flat is very clean and comfortable. You will find everything you need to have a nice stay here. Walking distance from Bolzano city center and restaurants, bars, etc. The team is available, flexible and provides good advices, I highly recommand !
