The staff is quite responsive, but this does not cancel out the urgent repairs that are needed.

They give free breakfast although it is not stated in the booking. The host has been very nice and accomodating. The location is walkable to the centre.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast and parking are available at the nearby bolu city hotel. Room is very big with a balcony with table and chairs. Bed is large and comfy

“Spacious room!”

Spacious. This room, or i would say apartment (?) have three rooms, one master bedroom and two other rooms that fit 5 adults. One of the rooms has a baby coat! The master bedroom has a portable fan, and i kinda wish there was at least a ceiling/stand fan in each room. Because it can get stuffy... Tho yes it's cold even in summer. There is a lift! A big plus point! I arrived around 11PM and the owner came, I love that i can pay with a card! So anyway please tell them your ETA as they'll come by (no reception there) from another hotel nearby i think (their property too). Good WiFi connection! Overall, a decent place to stay for an overnight stay.

Its a clean room. Comfy bed & pillows and clean sheets. Nearby Bolu main street. Easy to find convenient stores and food outlets.

The hotel is very comfortable and has 3 large rooms.. suitable for a large family.. the price is also worth it.. even if it was only for a short stay but we were happy and enjoyed

“Pleasant surprise”

The town of Bolu and Hotel De Luxe proved to be a pleasant surprise during our long trip in Turkey. We used the hotel as a rest stop and were pleasantly surprised by the amenities on offer. The apartment where our family of four stayed /101/ was spacious and clean, with three rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet and two terraces. There was decent Wi-Fi and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The staff was very responsive, hospitable and well-intentioned. There is convenient free parking. The hotel is located in the city center, there is a large grocery store, restaurants and all kinds of shops nearby. The price-quality ratio is excellent.

“Recommended”

Best recommended for middle stop on the way for Cappadocia, Antalya and other long distance situated destination. Not far and easy to find from the highway, nice huge clean and cosy apartment and great breakfast. We arrive at 2 am because of the delay and still got quick accomodation. The personal is polite and kind to help what you need, great positive approach to the customers.
