Just a 2-minute walk from the sandy Baltic Sea coast, Villa Seebach offers accommodation within a historic, listed building. Guests can dine in the garden and enjoy outdoor theatre productions. Our restaurant offers a selection of freshly prepared culinary delicacies using regional ingredients typical for the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern area. Continental Breakfast is served in the conservatory and includes homemade jams and mustard. Guests benefit from free Wi-Fi throughout the Villa, and keen golfers can reach the 18-Loch Swin Golf Course by car in 7 minutes. The A20 motorway is a 30-minute drive away. If you are arriving by car, the address for the property's car park is: Robert-Blum-Platz. There are marked parking bays on the front. The driveway is reachable on the right at Ostseeallee 22 or on the left at Ostseeallee 17. ( The cost per night is 12,50€ subject to availability). Note to avoid any confusion about the location: the property cannot be reached by car , as it is located between the Seebach holiday home and the lake promenade.

“Great stay by the seaside.”
Receptionist very friendly and efficient. It is somewhat unusual, consisting of large grounds with many residential flats and rooms as well as the 'hotel' accommodation we stayed in. The WIFI worked well in our room on the top floor. It was cosy and afforded good night's sleep. Live music accompanied our evening meal provided by the hotel's restaurant. Breakfast was fine.

Enzo gave us a good welcome, as we arrived on bikes in a breaking storm. Thank you. The room was huge, the bed good, and the bathroom great. The room gave out to a balcony, with sea views. Breakfast was generous and varied. The eggs were superb.

Beautiful Room with a nice balcony to the sea side. Friendly people at the bar and reception. Very clean and lovely decorated. Good breakfast in calm and friendly atmosphere. Well placed near town center and all touristic facilities (walking distance).
