Lovely apartment and amazing service which went above and beyond / we will be back

We spent 7 nights in this apartment and if we ever return to Bol, it will definitely be our accomodation of choice. Spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment, at walking distance to beaches (including Zlatni Rat). Perfectly clean and well maintained. Wonderful, big shadowed terrace with partial sea view. Very well equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. Above all, a super friendly, welcoming, helpful host: Ermin. He guided us to the location, waited for us even if we arrived late, helped with the luggage and showed us around. He explained everything and recommended places to eat etc. My husband had a health issue during our stay and he went above and beyond to get medical advice and then checked in on us permanently. All in all, this is the perfect place for your family vacation in Bol!

Exceptional apartment, modern, clean, bright which was well equipped. Lovely view from balcony. Extra touches such as water, wine, toiletries, chocolate was also a very nice touch. Host Ermin went above and beyond giving us a lift to and from port as well as giving us some great local recommendations. The perfect stay, thanks.

This modern, well equipped and beautifully furnished apartment is well located, a ten minute walk uphill, from the promenade, beautiful port, lovely beaches and excellent restaurants. There was a good view out to sea, with wonderful sunsets. The pizzeria just round the corner was welcoming, with good local food, and friendly service. Ermin was a wonderful and welcoming host. He picked us up from the ferry, left wine and chocolate in the apartment, checked in with us regularly, and booked the best table in a super, harbour-front, restaurant at short notice. He arranged his work schedule so that he could also drive us back to the ferry port at the end of our stay. Thank you, Ermin, and we'd love to stay again.

“Best host I’ve ever come across and perfect place to stay”

It’s was so clean and comfortable. SO clean! Had everything we needed including washing machine with powder provided. Best of all was Armin, the owner. He was incredible. Insisted on collecting our bags when we arrived early so we could walk about comfortably. Insisted on collecting us when the Appartment was ready. And also took us to our next location on check out. Have never met a kinder host.

A clean and comfortable apartment with a lovely balcony — ideal for a family stay in Bol. The space was well-maintained and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Just a 5-minute walk to the supermarket. Many beautiful beaches are within walking distance; Zlatni Rat took us about 15 minutes and was well worth the walk. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, perfect for families. The host, Ermin, is absolutely fantastic — friendly, funny, and a genuinely great person. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had a great time. Our stay at La Mer 1 was absolutely perfect — we loved every moment of it.

Everything Ermin the host is the best ever. He is extremely personable and funny and such a great guy. The apartment is also very beautiful and nice and has everything you may need and want. It is a short walk to studenac and Tommy.

“Highly recommended”

We loved everything about our stay at La Mer 1. The location is great for both beach time and Bol exploration and it takes only 5-10 minutes of walk to the nearest beach and 20-25 minutes to Zlatni rat beach which means we did not have to pay high parking fees to get to that beach. Free parking is on the site. The nearest shop is only 2 minutes away, and the pizza place is next to the apartment building. Our host Ermin was amazing and he even offered us to stay one day longer due to bad weather but we managed to get out of Bol before rain. He also offered help to my parents who got stuck at the airport due to flight cancellation - amazing! The facilities are great and the apartment is very comfy. We highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Bol.

we really enjoyed our stay. all the praises about Ermin are true. :) he was very nice. and kind enough to pick us up with our luggage, let us check in early, and drop us off when our stay was over. the location is cozy in a quiet building but just short walk from the water, cafes, groceries. has a retro holiday-home feel. the balcony for evening and daytime lounging with both sun and shade was delightful. full kitchen with everything you might need. well cooled with AC. recommended for anyone who wants to be close to it all.

I would like to share my extremely positive experience staying at the apartment hosted by Mr. Ermin. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and impeccably clean. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including laundry facilities, which were very convenient for us. The location is excellent (10 minutes to the centre, 5 minutes to the supermarket, 10 minutes to the beach), and the apartment is equipped with all modern amenities, making us feel right at home. Mr. Ermin, the host, was exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs we had. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service. We will certainly return to this wonderful apartment in the future.

Great host, mr Ermin was fantastic

Ermir was a great host, always making sure we had everything we needed and giving us great recommendations. He also very kindly helped me to rescue my beach towell on the last day - I had left it on the beach and needed to leave for the ferry and he rushed to pick it up! Amazing.

“Great holiday apartment for upto 6 people”

Clean comfortable basic apartment with nice balcony, perfectly for a family stay in Bol. 5 mins walk to the supermarket. Walkable to lots of beaches, the nearest took us 15 mins & on the way back it’s up a steep hill. Ermin was extremely helpful, he collected us from the ferry & took us back as well as looking after our bags. He also gave us a few extra lifts to the beach & helped us with other information in the resort.
