Fantastic location, with beaches and restaurants close by, it was amazing. Robert has a lovely little apartment with balcony overlooking a beautiful garden of olives grapes and rosemary. The area is quiet and peaceful and a short walk to town.

“Beautiful sea view apartment”

We loved staying in this apartment right on the sea. We had everything we needed for a week long stay and Robert, our host, was super helpful. His brother has the restaurant next door (not noisy!) which does lovely food and Bol harbour with it's many bars etc is 3 minutes walk away. The famous Zlatni Rat beach is 20 mins on foot but we loved Kotlina beach which is 5 mins in the opposite direction - lots of shade and lovely swimming.

From the moment we stepped foot into this Apartment I was just in love ❤️. It's in the best location, so close to all amenities and the view from the terrace is unbelievable 😍. It is very well equipped with everything we needed for our 11 night stay and we loved the filter coffee machine as we are big coffee drinkers! Robert was an amazing host and was on hand for anything we needed, do not think twice about booking this Apartment just do it! We can't wait to come back!

The view, the facilities, the cleanliness - cannot fault in any way. The view is to die for and the apartment has everything you could need. Huge comfortable double bed, spotless and the small kitchen contains everything from coffee maker, to toaster to pots and pans. Shower fantastic too and immaculate bathroom. Apartment so spacious. Fridge was stocked with water and fresh fruit on arrivals.

The location is excellent and the apartment massive. Sitting on a balcony so close to the sea is a joy. Our hosts were excellent and very helpful. The amenities were also excellent.

Everything was perfect at Roberts place. He is such a superfriendly host. We loved everything: the view from the balcony, the charming appartement, the little beach next door, the excellent food nextdoor, The center, Shops, wonderful beaches and services are so close, everyfhing we needed for a perfect holiday.

Nice cozy and clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen (have everything if you need to cook). Excellent location 5 mins walking distance to bol center, harbour, restaurants, shops. nice sea view. We were at 2nd (top) floor . Some stairs to reach. My elderly parents able to do it slowly. 30 mins easy walking path to golden horn beach. We took a boat there in 15 mins (4€ per person) and walked back. Robert is very kind and responsible. There were a basket of fruits and bottles of water in the fridge when we arrived. Apartment as like photos. I made a video but unfortunately unable to share here. Surely would like to stay here again if back to Bol.

“Perfect in every way”

This review is long overdue. Apologies to Apartmani Robert for this. We would just like to confirm that all the 5 star reviews on this property are all warranted. The property is clean, spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Robert as a host was friendly and helpful and gave us good suggestions and advice about things to do on the island. We received generous welcome gifts on arrival too which we very much appreciated. The standout feature that made our stay unforgettable though is the wonderful terrace and the stunning waterfront views as far as the eye can see. We made very good use of the terrace (coffees, breakfasts and sundowners) but when we did manage to tear ourselves away from the beautiful views of the property, Bol town was a convenient walk down the road with its many amenities including the famous Zlatni Rat beach, gorgeous harbour, restaurants, cafes and gelaterias. Everything was nearby but away enough to have a quiet and peaceful stay. We seldom repeat visit in our travels as there are so many places to see but we would not hesitate to visit the property again (and again) That's how wonderful a time we here so we highly recommend!

“The best views in Bol!”

A delightful and spacious top floor apartment with the best views in Bol looking out across the Adriatic sea. The apartment has been recently modernised so has a lovely bathroom with good shower (and a washing machine with supplied washing pods). The living area is large and there are two bedrooms with comfy Queen sized beds. You can step out of the living area and bedroom onto a full width and deep terrace which is fantastic for sitting out on: there is a large tabel and chairs, and a swing seat. There is a large canopy for shade too (the apartment is south facing). People watching is a delight! There are restaurants galore within several minutes walk - Bol town and harbour is 100m. The road below is quiet, mainly used by people walking or on bikes and scooters. You can swim right from the rocks below the apartment or the little beach to the left. Bigger beaches are ten minutes walk towards and beyon the monastery. Robert is a friendly and welcoming host. His family run the restaurant below the apartment, always busy but never noisy while we were there. There is a local supermarket (Studenac) just two minutes away up the steps. A fabulous place, highly recommended.

Everything! Perfect location, room with balcony, easy walking to cafes etc, a few steps to swim in the Adriatic, Robert met us and allowed us to check in early (and out late). Fresh fruit and cold water awaited us. Paola was so welcoming and helped us with washing too. We would love to come back one day. Best Croatian island stay. Thank you Robert and Paola - we wish we had longer with you.

“Oceanfront view”

The apartment had a beautiful balcony that overlooked the ocean and its own little swimming spot outfront. It was the perfect place to relax and listen to the waves. It was just a few minutes from the restaurants in town, so the noise was minimal. We loved the kitchen to make breakfast and coffee ect. Plus, there is a small market 1 minute walking distance for things you need in the morning.
