Please note: If you choose a standard room, you won't be staying in the yurts shown in the property photo, but in a newly constructed building. The yurts themselves are old and don't offer a high standard. This was supposed to be the most expensive stay during my Kyrgyzstan trip, more expensive even than a decent hotel in Bishkek. But after seeing the conditions, I decided against it. The profile photo and name are misleading, suggesting you'll be sleeping in a yurt. The entire property is surrounded by a concrete fence, obscuring the lake. The small architecture seems reminiscent of the Soviet era, and there's nowhere to even sit in the yard. The yard is littered with piles of gravel, renovation materials, and construction equipment. This could be a good property once the information is updated and the renovations are complete.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the property was so clean and the hot springs were a great way to relax after a few days horseback. The staff let us use the campfire and the breakfast was great. There was laundry facilities, the room was very spacious and was immaculately clean. The staff helped us get transport into the town when needed also.

The owner was very helpful and kind. She was accommodating and help us plan for meals and sight seeing. Bathrooms were clean and restocked while we were there. Sheets and yurt was all very clean. The owner permitted us to have a bonfire on the beach and help schedule for a golden eagle showing. We were very pleased with our stay.

“Yurt camp with good food and hot springs!”

Slightly odd yurt holiday camp. Possibly because we were out of season in late September so there were not many guests so felt a bit deserted. Hot spring pools were great and access to the lake where it was still warm to swim. Yurts were comfortable and food was good.

Tasty breakfast and very nice hot spring

It was an amazing hotel with a private beach and hot springs. The staff were also very kind. Breakfast was prepared on time and it was so delicious.

The staff are very kind and helpful. The location is amazing, right on the lake with a nice private beach, Bokonbayevo is a 10 minute drive away and that has supermarkets/restaurants/banks/pharmacies etc. Very comfortable stay!

The location is great, very close to the lake. We also liked hot springs they have on the site. They serve good breakfast. The yurt and toilets were very clean. The girl who works there was really nice and helpful.

“Apricot paradise 🍑”

Enjoyed everything, especially free apricots allover the yard 😊 the girls are very helpful, our room was clean and had private toilet and shower but if you want to stay in the yurt then will use shared facilities. Nice private beach with beautiful view. Simply wonderful 👌

The weak Wi-Fi signal in the yurt might be a drawback for some, but it's still highly recommended. So, the overall rating would be around 4.6/5.

At the banks of Issk-kul lake.

The location and the hot water spring are simply the best. It has it's own private beach. I will highly recommend this property.

Great location, big spacious yurts, nice hot springs availiable next to them.

Big clean room. Coffee and tea available through out the day. Gave us additional portion of dinner. Open air hot spring is free. Staff was helpful and responsive to our queries. Has helped us to book the eagle hunting show, also offered to get cab for us to the town when we checked out.

Beautiful yurt, close proximity to the empty beach, very good breakfast! Overall it was very good stay and I would still recommend it.
