The owners are very very nice, and they helped us for all activities around the village. The breakfast was so good. The room was big and comfy.

Beautiful guesthouse, with lots of space. Really nice hot water, loved the attention to detail in the room. The ground have an apple orchard running through it, and really nice dining yurt.

The room was clean, equipped with everything you need. The beds were comfortable and we had a great sleep. The breakfast was great. You can see host is doing her best to make this place comfortable and the guests feel welcomed.

It's a beautiful new guesthouse and the room was very comfortable with a huge bed. Great shower! There was a fan which we appreciated in summer, and breakfast was very good as well. The staff is very friendly and they really care to make your stay comfortable, and that you leave happy! The dinner was also very delicious.

Very cosy place that felt like home. The owner was very welcoming and friendly and helped us arrange both eagle show and ride for our next stop. The home cooked dinner and breakfast was so good (and big portions), and she even gave us a bag of snacks for our ride. It was such a pleasure and an authentic experience to stay at the Guesthouse. I would recommend everyone to stay here :-)

The fact that each room is a little self contained flat almost (ie private toilet and shower) really sets it apart from other guesthouses. On top of it being beautifully clean and tidy as well as the host being a genuinely welcoming person is great.

A spacious unit with a unique design made from natural materials, in a quiet location with stunning views at the edge of town. The room is very clean, and the beds are especially comfortable. We loved the shared spaces, especially the yurt-shaped dining room in the heart of the apple orchard. The hosts are friendly and welcoming.

Spacious property and rooms - plenty of spaces for relaxing outside of the room. Hosts were fantastic and went above and beyond during my stay. Helped me with transport and organising activities in the area. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic.

From the moment we walked in we were impressed! This is a gorgeous property that is incredibly well maintained. Everything is super clean, our room very spacious, beds comfortable, wifi sufficient and a great hot shower! The family is so incredibly kind and generous. Anything you need such as booking an eagle demonstration they can help with. We opted to have dinner here (2 times) and we’re glad we did. The dinners were great & the setting in the yurt was wonderful. Over dinner we had some great interactions with both guests and the family. You are located a bit out of town but it’s not far at all, a very easy 20min walk. The walk through the streets gives you a nice feel for Bokonbaevo. Overall this is hands down one of the best home stay experiences we’ve had in any country. You will be extremely happy with your decision to spend time here. We guarantee it!
