“Awesome place to stay near Lake Bled”

It’s a pretty nice property with lovely view. The location is perfect if you want to visit Lake Bled. The owner of the property is very nice and explain everything patiently.

The location is very nice, within half an hour range many nice trip destinations. The house is located in a small village of family houses and this one is located along the road. Still you barely get any noise, sometimes the bus, but nights are quiet. In the morning you get loud greetings from the rooster, which I find very nice, just giving information you will hear animals around. It is a valley I would say, surrounded by moutains which gives you great views all around. Mornings in May were chillier because the sun does not reach the place immediately. Through the day it is very pleasant and we also enjoyed evening BBQs in the garden. Garden offers some herbs and a lot of space to relax. It is suitable for kids, just note there is a steep path to the river down the valley and you dont want your kids to go there unattended, otherwise the space is very safe. Apartment was cosy, big enough for family of 4, there is a nice shared area with sofa and the kitchen and 2 separated bedrooms, each one on the opposite end of the appartment.

A gorgeous house with everything you need for a relaxing break away from the bustle. The only sound is the river below. We loved the decor, the well equipped kitchen and the outside space. Elizabeth was an extremely helpful and pleasant host.

“Family friendly base to explore the bled area”

Location- This property is close to bled and bohinska bela. It’s off the main road. We stayed for 1 week and possibly only heard 20 cars. Bled traffic is busy. You can get access to the river down a VERY steep path. Hosts - so helpful and friendly but not intrusive. Thoughtful too, there were slippers for you to use. You can hire bikes from them too. Apartment - we stayed in the top apartment, 2 bedrooms, living/dining/kitchen area. The apartment is up an open staircase, with 1 twist . The air con was useful. The bathroom was good, shower was good. The main bedroom has a small balcony, this was lovely to sit on. Beds were comfy. Outside space - each apartment has its own outdoor space, which we really loved. Each area has a barbecue. Parking - each apartment has a parking space. We parked outside the garage as this gave us the easiest access to our apartment. Very bike friendly area

“Cute little cabin”

Host was very friendly and the location is great. There is a bus stop right outside so you can go straight to the lake from there. The parking is also handy. The Julian Alps guest card is also a nice touch.

“A peaceful retreat”

The forest, with its steep slope (not suitable for walking), leads down to the river, where you can enjoy your coffee on a bench. The downstairs apartment feels like a complete home (note: no washing machine). The hosts do their utmost to make you feel welcome. It is a wonderful place, far from the (shockingly) dazzling, busy, and expensive Bled and Bohinj.

The location and vibe of the place are amazing. It feels like home.

Lovely ground floor spacious accommodation with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Very warm, nice powerful shower. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped and nice decor. Right next to river accessed via steep slope. We stayed in April, weather was very warm and sunny. Would be even more perfect to visit in the summer to make use of pool and outdoor seating g areas.Host was very welcoming. Would highly recommend this property.

The location of the apartment is very good. Quiet countryside next to the river that especially in spring flows on with great force, very soothing sound, We found some nice walks in the forest behind the house, and we also walked down to the river..We were lucky not to have any neighbours in the same house or in the opposite cottage, so all was very quiet. The apartment is quirky and has a lot of charm. Unique paint works hang on the walls that also are for sale. Our hosts Elisabetta and Marko were friendly and helpful. Wifi worked well and on the TV there were an abundance of channels in different languages to choose from.

The house is very warm and cozy with everything on it . Even used the fire place and the house is nicely decorated. Owners are very friendly and helpful.

“Beautiful house with nice landlords”

A very beautiful spot, with a nice view from the terrace and direct access to the river (which was unfortunately too fast flowing for swimming). The landlords are super helpful and friendly and keep everything clean and nice. Kitchen has everything one needs and the other rooms are also comfty.

“Peaceful cabin close to the river”

We could hear the river in the valley below. That was particularly restful at night. We also enjoyed the quiet outdoor seating. Signage and parking were convenient. Heating and air conditioning controls were convenient. The manager provided good suggestions for waterfalls and a local restaurant.
