Location was wonderful and the friendliness and kindness of the host was exceptional.

We loved everything. The room was cozy and clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well-stocked with towels. Water pressure, heating and ventilation was great. The kitchen area was also clean, and there was always coffee and tea, even if you don't purchase breakfast. We had breakfast only one morning, and it was amazing, it kept us full for half a day. The parking was also spacious and well-marked. The accommodation is in a beautiful location, close to both Bohinj and Bled. Finally, the host, Iza, is amazing and very pleasant. She gave us useful tips about lookouts and restaurants that were very worth checking out.

“Quiet place, hidden gem close to Lake Bled! :)”

In total, we spent 3 days in Slovenia for New Year’s Eve with our dog who is TERRIFIED of fireworks so we wanted a very quiet location. This place is FANTASTIC, we will surely come back. Iza a great host, always asking how she can help or what the guests need. She gave us home made jam and home made cheese…how lovely! Apartment is well equipped but should you need anything else, just ask the host. There is hiking option nearby, we just wandered around in the woods, not seeing anybody for hours. So peaceful. Great way to recharge after Christmas and before the new year.

Breakfasts made with farm-fresh products, hosts who make you feel right at home, and breathtaking views — this place has it all. The hosts shared fascinating stories about farming and even took us along for goat milking. For people from the city who miss the countryside, this is exactly what you need. We’ll be happy to return here again.

“Everything great”

Amazing location, friendliness of the hosts, cleanness of the room and tasty breakfast. The host was even so kind to let us borrow their bikes to visit lake Bled. The location is easily reachable by car (be careful for deer at dusk) and it's 100m from the starting point of a hike to Babji Zob where you get a great view of the lake.

“Slovenia with a heart”

Being away from the hustle and bustle of Bled was a bonus. We loved exploring the local area, pastures, church, mountains and also walking to and dipping into the lake for memorable views and swims. Iza was so attentive, breakfast was a treat, so much local produce to start the day. Feel blessed to have found Dolinar Krainer and can’t wait to return.

The location of the farm is lovely, calm and relaxing. It's a beautiful place to go to reset away from the city while being near to every beautiful sights around Bled. Isa has been an amazing host throughout our stay, informing us of the best places to go and giving us great advice as how to adapt our plans to the weather and place.

It's located in a quiet and authentic village. There are several trails near the farm. It's also close to the Bohinj and Bled lakes, which is very convenient. The host is welcoming and does everything to make your stay comfortable.

The property is set in a quiet, peaceful village — the perfect escape from the city. We especially appreciated being able to let our dog roam freely off-leash. Iza, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfasts were a real treat, with a lovely selection of local, fresh products — and the scrambled eggs were absolutely excellent! It all felt truly authentic and thoughtful.

Beautiful, quiet farm on the mountain, very kind hosts. <3 Fantastic breakfast of homemade food from homegrown ingredients (like goat cheese, marmalade, vegetables, grapejuice etc.). Basically everything was either grown on the farm or another farm in the area. Everything tasted great, and you could eat as much as you wanted. Beautiful area on the mountain. There are hiking trails starting from the farm. Lake Bled is like a 5 minute drive.

Amazing breakfast with lots of homemade products. Hosts were really kind and helpful, so easy to talk with and really made us feel welcome. The location is just several minutes of car drive from lake Bled and there are few hike routes that start right next to the Farm from where you can see a nice overview of Bled from above. Truly dog friendly. Lots of parking space.

Everything was perfect, Iza and her son were really sweet. - Location: 10min from Bled by car, easy road. - Room: we got the small one, which was indeed small, just like the pictures. Comfy bed, warm shower. - the place: super quiet, calm, peaceful. Night sky full of stars, amazing to sleep. - Breakfast: we need to mention how PERFECT the breakfast was, totally worth it. Iza does everything with care and all products are clearly of the best quality. We miss it already. Would 100% recommend. We cant wait to come back!

- only 5km from Bled so close but still quiet and relaxing. - iza is a great host, a real fountain of knowledge of the area. - breakfast is provided at a cost of €9 per person per day and is a really thoughtfully prepared spread. - loved the personalised touch from staying at a farmstay rather than a hotel.

“Charming apartment, great view and lovely hosts”

This is a wholesome family business in a stunning area of the mountains. Iza and her son and husband were extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. The apartment was spacious and very clean with everything we needed for a short stay. I loved the view of the mountains from our balcony and the kids enjoyed seeing the goats.

We loved the authentic experience of staying here. Our hosts were lovely and took us and our kids out to move the sheep and goats before breakfast one morning. Beautiful breakfasts with lots of homemade goodies. It rained most of the two days we were there, but was still lovely up in the hills.
