Overview
-The property has four double bedrooms since recent renovations. In addition there are two sofa beds suitable for children - it is situated in the village of Bohinjska Bistrica - 4 bedrooms and in addition 2 sofa-beds for children - eliminate reference to Storec and Brunarica - instead: the wonderful Lake of Bohinj (Bohinjska Jezero) is 5km away. There is a shuttle bus in the high season and a cycle and/or walking path. SUPs can be hired in the summer and there is a boat and a bus service along the lake to Slap Savica the waterfall providing the source of the mighty River Sava! - Bohinj is in the Triglav National Park and provides a beautiful environment for walking, hiking, swimming and water sports in the sumjmer, and winter sports and ski-ing in the winter months. - Bled with its scenic lake is 21 kms away and is also served by local buses every hour. -The Bohinj Tunnel on the old Vlak/Train provides a wonderful trip south to the Soča Valley and down to Gorica in Italy with onward travel to Venice. There is also the Car-train at busy periods. The little train also connects with Bled, Radoljica and Jesenice with connections to Villach in Austria.

“A stunning place to visit in a home from home!”
It felt like a home from home and had everything you needed! Warm and cosy, perfect for a winter holiday. Really handy for the bus stop and centre of Boh. Bistrica. Communication with the owner was first class!

“Perfect location”
The house is comfortable and clean. It is equipped with all necessities. Christine was very helpful and saw to all our needs. The location of the house is perfect as it has a bakery with fresh produce every morning, 2 supermarket and 3 restaurants only few minutes away by walk. On Saturday morning there is also a local market near by. The village itself is beautiful and very quiet. We could find Parking in bays near by for free. But check with the local agency if you need to park near the post office or markets as they told us there are new regulations.

Slovenian Alps are just awesome, though Bled and Bohijn lakes areas are bit like Disneyland. Excellent for trekking and cycling during summer season. Many trails start right from the house. Go ahead for swimming or bathing in mountain rivers and lakes. More than one century old house in the historic part of the town. The house has its own atmosphere. An excellent location close to everything one needs. The storage room for bicycles. Well equipped kitchen. The big living room with a large table good for table board games. Two bathrooms. Pets are allowed (but we didn't bring our dog over).
