Overview
Hotel Jezero is centrally located by the Bohinj Lake, in the heart of the Julian Alps, where you can fill your lungs with fresh mountain air and admire superb sunsets over the mountains. Offering a wellness centre and an on-site restaurant, it also provides free Wi-Fi in public areas and free parking on site subject to availability. The elegantly furnished rooms feature balconies with garden furniture and all modern amenities. There is a seating area, a refrigerator, and a TV in each room, while the private bathroom offers a shower and hairdryer. Enjoy delicious Slovenian cuisine in the Vrtovin restaurant with its covered summer terrace or in the à-la-carte restaurant Zlatovčica, also featuring a spacious covered terrace. “Lovely stay. We are already looking to come back.”
The location is second to none. You walk out to all the amenities and also the bus stop. Not to mention the lake. The staff were very nice and helpful The breakfast was ten out of ten. So much choice. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Beds comfy. Bar was lovely and reasonably priced.

In our case, the location offered a beautiful view of the lake. The room was very well insulated from the heat, and the roof above the terrace was also very effective in keeping the area cool. Even though the outside temperature was around 28°C, we did not need to use the air conditioning. The swimming pool was around 20–25 metres long, so it was also suitable for proper swimming. There was a locked storage area for bicycles, which was very convenient. Free parking was available, and the breakfast offered a varied selection that changed slightly from day to day.

“Best stay in a hotel in a long time”
We spent a few night at the hotel as a part of our honeymoon. The level of service (especially at the restaurant thanks for the "pelinkovec' reccomendation) was above expectation. Bohinj is a more remote more suttle and mor naturesque version of lake Bled which we rather enjoyed as keen outdoor persons. We will be back!

“Good location & perfect for solo travellers!”
The location of the property is very good and the views from the room are even better. The bus stop is very close and there are some good restaurants nearby (they have their own restaurant as well). St.John’s Bridge is just on the other side of the road and you can reach almost every destination (Savica/ Mostnica Gorge/Vogel etc) using either the bus or by walk.

Perfect location next to the lake with free parking. Comfortable room and a lovely swimming pool. Food was very good value on the half board rate including wine or beer with the meal.
