This is an excellent base for walking in Triglav National Park and accessing Lake Bohinj. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped with great outdoor space. It is in the loft with sloping ceilings, so can feel a bit cramped if you are all inside - but balconies and outdoor garden seating area more than makes up for this. Recommended.

Spacy appartement with ecellent views, all necesarry equipment and powerfull AC, which was very well appreciated during hot Slovenian summer. Nearby musical events added nice atmosphere (Tue, Sat). The host was very friendly and very pleasant to deal with. Herb garden with an outside sitting was a great bonus. Close to the lake.

We liked the location, the apartment is perfectly located, 2-3 mins walk from caffees and restaurants and 5 mins walk from supermarket, and also 15 mins walk to Lake Bohinj. The apartment was huge, easily accommodated 6 people and it is well equipped.

Very, very clean and big apartment. Kitchen is very well equipped, you have everything to cook. Close to Lake Bohinj. Owners are very nice and friendly. We received home made sausage and cheese from them, which were really tasty.

“Great place to stay for a family ski holiday”

We were very pleased with our stay in Apartment Jakovc when we came for a short ski trip to the nearby Vogel Ski Center. The apartment is 2 minutes walk from the ski bus station for which we received free passes from our host. There is a great restaurant and 2 small grocery shops just around the corner. Bohinj lake is a leisurely walk away. The apartment is a home from home equiped with everything you might need even for a longer stay. The hosts were super kind and attentive. We got more than we expected and are already planning to return next year.

From the moment we were collected from the airport we felt as if we were family friends rather than simply rental clients. On arrival at the house after a short drive we were delighted to discover an immaculately clean, warm, well equipped top floor apartment in a beautiful setting. The property is located in a small stunningly beautiful community just above a clear mountain stream. If you want full on apre-ski then this isn’t the place, but if you want to be in the heart of the most picturesque natural setting then this will be heaven. The property is in an ideal location, just above a restaurant, small supermarket and the bus stop which within a few minutes has you at the cable car station to ski on the empty, perfectly groomed slopes. Throughout our stay our hosts were always on hand to make sure everything was fine. All our expectations were exceeded and we could not have wished for more. We will be back for sure.

The host was really supportive and sorted for us a Bohinj Basic card so we can use a ski bus for free. He was always available and helpful whenever we needed him. The apartment as such is properly equipped, kitchen has all needed amenities (including massive toaster, a wide variety of bowls and different wine glasses). A view from the balcony is stunning!

Everything was just perfect. Beginning with the exceptional hospitability of Boštjan and Mirzeta till the comfortability of the apartment which had everything a family should need including a whirlpool bath!. There was a parking place in front of the house and the location was very near the Bohinj lake and the skiing resort Vogel, which was our destination. The second day it was also easy to reach Soriška planina, which was far less crowded than Vogel. We really enjoyed our short staying very much.
