“I had a wonderful time and I will be back again in the future”
The hotel was comfortable and well-kept, and the booking.com website accurately detailed every aspect of the accommodation. We were quite pleased with the hotel and the staff's assistance. Even when I stepped outside the door to take a cigarette, the third floor staff members or security were constantly alert to make sure I was safe.

I liked the decor of the hotel. It had a stylish ultramodern feel to it. The location was great in the middle of one of Bogota's safest neighbourhoods Very big rooms with large, comfortable beds

Staff was horrible. During the check in they were doing anything but the check-in. They were very surprised that they have to help with the heavy luggage. During the breakfast we were sitting with the mountains of dirty plates on the table. When I asked to clean the table the waiter, who spoke with me in English before said that he doesn’t speak English. When I asked the hotel manager she told me that she is too busy to spend a time for me (in Spanish of course, which I hopefully understand). The toilet in the room was broken, constantly feeling the tank with the noise. We spent 4 hours until they changed a room for us at 3am. The sockets in the room were broken too, and I used TV to charge my phone. During the whole stay I unsuccessfully tried to contact the hotel manager. It was the bottom of hospitality.
