The three girls in reception,restaurant and breakfastroom was very helpful and nice with everything despit some language problems. The restaurant had excellent meals to offer for lunch or dinner.

“Avoid the place, there are better options.”
Location, although the entrance is muddy as is under construction. Good luck getting your luggage in and out. The shower could get really hot, which is appreciated

“Lovely comfy hotel”
Really comfortable room with lots of space and you can stream Netflix. Hot water in the shower and very quiet at night.

Lovely, helpful staff, many of whom speak good English. Everything well kept. Quite a few local shops and restaurants nearby. Uber to Gold Museum etc about 20,000 COP.. if you're travelling around they'll look after your luggage.

“Great little hotel in Chico Norte”
The staff is lovely and super helpful. We really appreciated their support all through our stay. The room is not huge but well organised and spacious enough for us traveling as a family with a lot of bags. Breakfast is delicious.
