Noticed a birthday and arranged a suprise. Nice food. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room cleaning included tidying things up which was unexpected and very appreciated. Lots of amenities. Restaurant, shops, bar, cafe, gym. Great location. TV had Netflix etc. Room was as described no surprises. Proper bathroom doors. Good soundproofing against traffic noise.

Good hotel friendly staf and helpfull. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is oke can be a bit beter in variation but way beter that other hotels I have stay in Bogota. Location is very central. I have stay here more then one time that is also the reason that I have come back to this hotel.
