The breakfast, location and the staff. They were really nice and kind about helping with any question or request. Specifically, the staff for breakfast were SUPER KIND, and the whole available food is really sufficient We requested some additional items for our room and they were really helpful to search and deliver to us

Good location

Room was very large and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and a huge balcony. Staff were friendly and pleasant. There were three doors leading to the balcony, two from the bedroom and one from the living room, although the ones in the bedroom has to be left closed whenever it rained to avoid water splashing into the room. The location is quiet and residential, so feels safe and is away from traffic noise (although there was a lot of construction across the street when I was there). There are supermarkets and pharmacies and restaurants just a couple of minutes away by walking.

Reception Staff, he was very patient with the language difference, very willing and helpful which made the stay all the more worthwhile and the internet worked great. The view from room 301 was also amazing and it was fairly close to the airport.

Every workers were very nice. I appreciated they try to help me even I don’t speak Spanish well. The room is large and clean. Good breakfast.

Rooms were at the right temperature bc sun goes directly to them. Love it since Bogota is really cold at nite. Also staff is great and Jenny is the best. Mauricio

Work Noise , no privacy to other guests because of thin walls, no coffee Maschine and no Mountain view Like promissed on the page Breakfast was Late and Not Great

The room was a decent size and the bed was pretty comfortable.

Nice apartment! Location is not the best, but taxi to the hot spots is very affordable.
