“Comfortable Beds, But Internet and Service Need Improvement”
- Comfortable Beds and Pillows: The beds were extremely comfortable, with soft pillows and cozy sheets that allowed for a good night's sleep. - Expansive Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast was impressive, with a nice variety of dishes that rotated daily. The cold selection was particularly delicious, and there were plenty of options to choose from each morning. - Convenient Location: The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance of a small convenience store, a gym, and several restaurants. - 24/7 Security: I appreciated the presence of 24/7 security, which made me feel safe throughout my stay.

“Good hotel, excellent employees, convenient location”
This is probably my 4th time staying at this hotel. The employees and staff members are all great people and super nice. They were able to answer any and all questions. The breakfast buffet was fresh and excellent as always. The hotel itself including the rooms and dining area were sparkly clean and with daily room service. The hotel is surrounded by several stores, restaurants, coffee shops, atm's, etc.

“Awesome stay”
Hotel is very well located, it has a Carulla supermarket about one block away, and Unicentro Mall is 10 min. by taxi. Very near to the Zona Rosa and Andino Mall. Also, If you plan to take any certification at the Centro ColomboAmericano, this hotel is your BEST choice since the hotel is located at a 5 min. walk.
