Extremely kind staff, which were always available for anything. The hotel was fairly empty when we stayed making the entire experience a lot more relaxing. Huge thank you to the waiter Hector, who always served us with professionalism and a smile.

The service is really really good. When I check out, I found I can't find my passport. I feel very very anxious. And the reception immediately asked 2 kind cleaner ladies to help me to check in my room. Finally my passport was found. I am really really appreciated for the help.
