“Everything you need in an airport hotel!”

Great location near to the airport with a great shuttle service (very well organised). Super helpful staff, great breakfast with a decent range of options, lovely warm shower and comfy beds in a spacious room.

I knew we would be arriving late at night. Outside of the hotels scheduled airport shuttle hours, so I asked if it was possible to have someone pick us up from the airport and without hesitation someone was scheduled to pick us up. Never did they say there would be an additional cost associated with this service they simply just scheduled it. The transportation guy was nice and picked us up, but when we arrived at the hotel he asked how I would like to pay. I found this odd and unfortunately have been to Bogota too many times and am aware of all the stupid games people try to play, so I said no one mentioned there would be a cost associated with this service. The guy immediately responds "oh no worries I can go in with you and check with the hotel to see if they're going to pay for it" No surprise to me the guy goes into the hotel and the hotel paid for the service. This immediately put a bad taste in my mouth and I couldn't help but think if the driver was simply going to two time us and get paid from me and then by the hotel or if it's a little scheme they have going on where the driver splits some of the money with the guy at the front desk. So even though the hotel used a 3rd party company to pick us up from the airport they dug themselves in a hole and I do not appreciate this experience. The room was very basic and the floors were sticky too. There are a lot of options for airport hotels in Bogota and I will never consider Hampton by Hilton for my future travels.

THEY WERE COLD, I ASKED THE WAITER TO HEAT THEM, WHEN HE GAVE ME BACK THE BBQ SAUCE HAD BEEN REMOVED, I STARTED TO EAT AGAIN WITH NO SAUCE. DEFINITIVELY THE RIBS WERE NOT PREPARED IN A CONVENCTION OVEN SO THE TEMPERATURE OF THE RIBS WAS NOT OK AND THE FAT OF THE RIBS APPEARED IN A DISGUSTING WAY. I TALKED TO THE CHEF IN CHARGE AND LET HER KNOW MY DISCOMFORT. I CANNOT UNDERSTAND HOW A HOTEL LIKE HAMPTON BY HILTON COULD PRESENT THIS KIND OF MISTAKE.

“Felt safe and secure here”

I’m a solo female traveler so safety here was a priority. They offer a shuttle to and from the airport and the hotel itself is high up within a building and offers security at all levels. The hotel was clean and the room was as expected.

Great location close to the airport for our last night in COlombia before flying back home. Restaurant for dinner was great and so was the breakfast. Check in and out was smooth.

Close to the airport, they have a complimentary shuttle. The breakfast was really nice. Location wise there is grocery and restaurants close by. This place is recommended.

Bed was comfy. Good location and near airport. Airport pickup very handy.

The air conditioning worked. The room was pleasantly warm. Important in cold Bogota. The breakfast was adequate. The shuttle was punctual.
