The staff was very attentive and amiable. The place was very clean, and the Hotel restaurant stays open till 10pm, and we also had chooise of some other restaurants vey close to the hotel, including a casino.

I absolutely loved the airport pick up service. Both drivers were incredibly professional and very chatty, which made the rides enjoyable and welcoming. The breakfast was also a great highlight: there was a variety of options and everything was fresh and delicious.

The shuttle transfer from the airport to the hotel was a very deficient service. I was at terminal 2 on Saturday, November 7 at 2:45 pm and I was informed the shuttle will arrive at 3:30 pm. I waited but the shuttle did not arrive at 3:30 pm. I kept waiting then it rain, and the shuttle arrived at 4:15 pm; but the driver did not stop, even though I raised my hand several times; the shuttle has to stop around 50 meters after, due to a heavy traffic, I run and catch up the shuttle, knock strong on the door until the driver finally opened the door. My clothes were very wet, but I got the shuttle.
