Omaira was a very kind host, letting me keep my bags at the property during the day ahead of a late flight. The single occupancy apartment was fully kitted out with a kettle and was perfect for a short stay. Location is central for La Candelaria. Would recommend to anyone staying in Bogotá!

Super welcoming environment (regadless the very early check in time we had requested), with a great host which will make your stay homey. The rooms are lovely and comfortbale. The location is excellent: safe, beautiful and few steps away from all amenities in Bogota. I would definitely stay here again if I was to come back.

The placement is great, amazing host very sweet and caring mama ! I liked the calmness and quiet room eventhough being very close to the center and to la candelaria. It's placement is perfect for a stay over in the beautiful touristic area of bogota. Its very close by many good restaurants and cafes and cultural centers where everyone can find what they're looking for :) The bedroom is beautiful, nice and clean ... the only thing a cooking stove would have been a great add on but i didn't need it anyways.

“A wonderful play to stay”

I loved this little room. At the edge of Candelaria it is super quiet and comfortable. Great bed, coffee and tea facilities , space to sit outsides the best, friendliest and warmest hosts you could ask for .

Casa Arbol is a cute hotel with an amazing host who was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything. I stayed in a studio by myself which met my expectations. It's very quiet and the location in la Candelaria is great.

“Great homely friendly and quiet place”

Everything. It's like going to stay with a very good friend. Omaira certainly looks after you, like a friend, like your mum but without being intrusive. Helped with taxi for bus station, looking after our luggage that we don't need for the next 6 weeks travel around Colombia. Kettle and tea and coffee making equipment. Omaira very kindly brought us chopped fruit before we went for breakfast. The whole place is relaxed and interesting. The area is 2 blocks along from the great restaurants of Calle 9, super quiet. Fantastic value for money. We obviously liked it enough to leave our luggage and return for another stay in casa arbol before leaving for home. Excellent!

The house in a perfect location, near to everything you need, but in a quiet area from La Candelaria. The human warmth of the owners makes any shortcoming disappear. I felt like in a family.

Nicely decorated and well thought out by the owner! There’s your own hot water kettle with tea provided. Quiet part of the area but still safe. Owner was also lovely and really kind and helpful to all our questions. We left our luggage with her whilst we explored rest of Colombia and she took great care of it.

“Cozy and clean little studio with an individual touch”

Perfect and safe location for exploring La candelaria, Omeira and her partner created a very warm welcome and were always helpful and supportive when we had any needs or questions. They were also very flexible concerning our Check-In and Out which we really appreciated :) The room itself was clean and the bed comfy with lots of blankets to keep you warm.

The hosts were perfect.. kind, friendly and incredibly helpful. The room was big with comfortable seating, lots of storage space and tea and coffee making facilities. The main square of the city is only 10 minutes walk away, but the neighbourhood is peaceful.

where to start! the place is incredibly lovely, you will feel at home from the first moment. the studio where I stayed has lots of space, is very clean and very nicely designed. the location is also perfect, just in the heart of the Candelaria, the lovely city centre perfect for walking and wandering around. at the same time is not on a main road, so it is extremely quite and peaceful. on top of all of that, what makes the real difference is the host, Omaira, a beautiful human being who went above and beyond to make me feel at home and helping me with absolutely everything (from calling Uber, to taking me to a hairdresser, showing me around, giving me advices). I was a solo traveller so this made such a difference! you will love this place!
