“Bogota Business”
The location was great on Calle 93 - enabled me to explore the area mostly by foot but by Uber could get to where I needed to go easier enough. The housekeeping team were great with cleanliness. The reception team and bar team were friendly and efficient.

Pure ignorancie from the stuff of the hotel. I’ve asked for turn on the sauna but my request was ignored and after 25minutes I came back to cold sauna and spa worker told me that sauna its prepared I just have to wait inside to warm it up. Sounds like a they want to make a joke about me. Other thing is that we get a room just on the side of other room which was in renovation. From 8 30am we were welcome with hummer blows. I went to the reception to report it. The receptionist told me that they will stop the works but it didn’t happened. The works were continued. I don’t recommend this place for the rudeness of the stuff and low quality service.

“Nice hotel close to Parque 93”
Very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and made sure that the stay was a good one. Security was very good since the neighborhood is not very well lit outside at night. My room was large and bathroom was in good condition. The surroundings are like a residential area but fairly close to Parque 93 for restaurants.
