The staff are friendly, attentive, and very helpful. We really enjoyed the hotel breakfast, which had a lot of different fresh fruits and hot breakfast options. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We made use of the gym, pool, and saunas. We just wished the saunas were fully functional--the steam sauna was no longer in operation a couple of days into our stay and the dry sauna was just warm.

The hotel had a very nice design, it was clean and the breakfast was amazing with lots of fruits and different types of food.

The breakfast was varied and tasty, fresh coffee and eggs prepared upon order. Shout out to Herman for excellent care and service when we felt a bit under the weather and he gave us specific teas to help! The staff in general were all super friendly and eager to help. When we reported a couple of small niggles in the bedroom (light not working, shower door not closing properly) they came to look and fix it immediately. The room service was great, everything very clean, the bed very large and comfy. The jacuzzi was large and very hot, very relaxing!

Biohotel is where we always stay when we come to Bogota. Its clean, comfy, sound proof rooms, thoughtful and eco friendly decor and mission and has a beautiful little rooftop pool/spa. I highly recommend this play. Breakfast is delicious with heaps of options, and they've just opened a bar and coworking space downstairs.

“Top notch”

The service is impeccable, the food is incredible, the room was very clean and spacious and the bed was terribly comfortable. All in all very happy with this stay. No problems with noise or any of the usual issues one can experience in hotels. It had been quite a while since I saw such a good breakfast too ; many choices of high quality food. The kitchen staff is amazing. I browsed through older reviews and it seems like the hotel took criticisms seriously as I typically couldn't relate to them.

The restaurant staff is amazing. Super friendly and very accommodating. The food and breakfast was great as well. We didn’t get to interact with all the receptionists but the one who checked us in was also very nice. The staff really does the whole experience.

I was truly impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff — from the moment you arrive, you feel like someone special, and that feeling stays with you throughout the stay. The rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable. I also really appreciated the varied breakfast and the hotel's calm, safe location. A wonderful experience overall.

The value for money was exceptional. Amazing breakfast (usual things plus detox juices, chicken stew, broth, areas, potatoes etc), nice shampoo and gel in bathroom, comfy bed, gym, all about sustainability and health. Nice music, too

Breakfast was excellent with a choice of hot and buffet items. The room was spacious, but in need of maintenance to bring it up to date. The porter, Gionni (?) deserves special mention. He was always ready to help, whether helping to carry coffee to the room in the morning, getting soaked in the rain so we didn’t get wet, and just smiling and making sure that we were happy.

The building, the staff, everyone was kind.

I really liked the breakfast and the hotel staff at the breakfast. Overall the hotel staff were really kind. The room was clean and nice. There were some minor stuff like the loose handle on the cabinet, toilet paper holder was also loose, but as I mentioned, these were really not a big deal. The surrounding area of the hotel is silent at night so you can let your window open and sleep well. There is a grocery shop nearby, a gas station with a repair shop and the shopping mall is like 8 minutes by walk.
