The staff are very friendly and super helpful. we where trying to connect our cell to the smart tv and Julian from the front desk came and help us, but our cell did not work for some reason. The staff are always ready to help you and advice you. Rooms are super clean, big and comfortable. Breakfast was good, very important specially for tourist to come to Colombia, always want to taste a very good Colombian coffee; Coffee was not very good, a bit acidic and roasted to high. I suggest to use coffee from any of the farmers we have in Colombia. I work supplying Specialty Colombian Coffee to the Best Western in Fernie, British Columbia Canada. They buy from me, dark roast (Castillo variety, from Quimbaya Quindio, single origin coffee direct trade) and Medium Roast (Pink bourbon variety) from Acevedo Huila. Nice quiet room, nice and helpful staff, near zona Rosa and park 93 with mane shops and restaurant options around.

Perfect location just a few mins walk from the 93 park. We felt very safe in the area. Our room was fine, good size. Breakfast was basic but fine. Staff were very helpful with whatever we needed

The breakfast was excellent. The staff, including Luis, were extremely polite, professional and efficient. The room was cleaned every day and was spacious and comfortable. The location of Parque 93 is excellent. Safe with lovely shops, restaurants and parks eg Parque del Chico.

Shower in first room offered pulsed extremely hot water then cold water. Reception kindly moved us to another room where the issue wasn't occuring. No wifi in reception area is weird. Makes it hard to order ubers from reception
