Dirty bed sheets!! No towel. No WiFi. Air condition was very weak.

“Disapointed”
I already booked, and request payment at hotel, when i will check in, they said all room sold out event i pay with booking.com that time. i really disapointed, without any confirmation they cancel my reservation 😡
