The location is perfect, about 100 meters from the beach. A villa within the complex offers tranquillity and peace. The sea is as clear and calm as can be. There's no fighting over a sunbed. If you rent a car, you can reach all the historical and touristic sites in 1-1.5 hours. My son had a lot of fun in the swimming pool. Hatice, the host was great, she helped all our needs.

“Great home from home”

Sea views from both balcony’s!! Incredible It was the second house up from the beach. Very quiet and peaceful. We went in October so the swimming pool was closed for the winter! I laughed at winter as it doesn’t seem cold at all. It was like the uk summer!! The house had everything you need. Little goodies were left for our arrival and the lady who owns the place was attentive and helpful: The water was warm in oct in the sea- there are pools in other resorts to use some for a few some free. if you go to the top of the road turn right there is a small market—— if you walk past this market you will get to cafe Paris market and that has a lot more options then the 4 seasons market and cheaper. You can get a great breakfast from cafe Paris and their fresh orange juice is fab. You do need a car to come here. You can get a rental car at the airport. We didn’t do this as we were staying with friend first who picked us up. You are out of a main area so having a car means you can visit and do all the things you want to do there. Pilllows were great! 👍

“Amazing place”

The place is truly amazing! Have you ever stayed in an apartment where the sea is actually closer than the pool? Well, this is it—the pool is about 100 meters away, while the sea is just 50 meters from your doorstep! The house you’ll stay in is one of the best on the property—it's the second closest to the sea, so the view from both balconies is incredible. Each bedroom has air conditioning, as does the kitchen/living room. The entire place is spotless, and it even includes a washing machine. The best part? There’s a dishwasher—because who wants to do dishes while on vacation? 😉 Everything worked perfectly. Hatice, the host, was wonderful—she patiently answered all my questions. I didn’t meet her in person, but her parents, who I did meet, are lovely people. Considering the price, this was probably the best holiday spot we’ve ever visited.

Pleasant villa only yards from the sea and a lovely clean swimming pool. Well equipped. Plenty of restaurants within a short distance.

The home is very close to the sea. We stayed out of season and the pool was drained but the sea was lovely and warm - even in late Feb. There are lots of new shops and cafes locally now and it was a short walk to three really good restaurants.

Location was great,beach front. Meet and greet by owners and farewells very welcoming.

Vacation with the family. I want to note right away that the location is very convenient - the beach is a stone's throw away, restaurants and cafes are nearby, and there is also a store. As for the accommodation itself, there are all amenities for a comfortable rest. Separately, I want to write about the owner - a very pleasant person, always in touch. Definitely recommend. A great place for relaxing holiday, the owners are very responsive and help in everything. The villa is located in a small village right on the beach. Near the complex there is a restaurant and supermarket.

Everything was wonderful! The owners are pleasant and friendly people, they met us, showed and explained everything, treated us with homemade lemonade. Were ready to respond to any wishes, but this was not required, because no problems arose.
