“Pretending to be a Grand Hotel, but falling behind their own aspiration and international standards”
- very particular location on a mountain range in the Rugova mountains - sufficient parking space (for free) - general friendly attitude of staff - price level of the restaurant above average but still reasonable - early check-in made available

The spa facilities would be much more enjoyable for couples if access were better controlled. The area was frequently noisy due to children, and we observed unhygienic behavior in the swimming pool.
