“Luxury villa with all that you need for a perfect holiday.”

We loved the location, especially the pool and rooftop sun loungers, which even include showers. The property felt incredibly comfortable, truly a home away from home. The host was very helpful and provided excellent recommendations for places to visit. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, and there’s a great grocery store just a five-minute walk away. I highly recommend this property, particularly for its stunning views.

For the first time in our lives, we decided to rent a villa instead of going to an all-inclusive hotel. At the beginning, before arrival, we were very worried that we would come, and there would be no villa and the owner would disappear. But we were incredibly surprised that the villa is in excellent condition, everything works with appliances and air conditioning system. The view from the villa is simply incredible. It's very pleasant to sit in a clean jacuzzi in the evening and watch the beautiful sunset of the bay. Special thanks to the owner! You have replaced us with a tour guide, and a friend in a foreign country who will come to help at any time! Mustafa was in touch throughout the rest and helped out in a difficult moment, helped with advice and immediately sent his man to solve any issues around the house. Helped with the transfer, gave great advice on where to go and where to spend time!Thank you very much for the rest. We will definitely come back to this villa at the first opportunity!

The host is super friendly and respectful, and the location is amazing. Less than 10 minutes from the beach line with free and private places. Just near the villa, there are multiple public Taxies (Dulmus) for Bodrum & Gumbet and etc. The facilities are great, and all in great working condition.

It was self catering, but it was very kind of the owner to fill the fridge with some basic foods as we got to the villa in the evening. Also provided all cleaning detergents for the washing machine and dishwasher and bathroom toiletries which was unexpected but greatly appreciated. The pool/jacuzzi is an added benefit, will keep you cool especially in peak season when temperatures near 40c. Overall the villa was very clean on arrival and didn’t really want for anything and the owner being on hand is also of benefit.

Incredible property, very well maintained and Mustafa was an excellent host, always on hand for anything we needed. Location was also good, 10min walk to the beach.
