Very friendly members of staff. I had the impression to be welcomed and valued. Family atmosphere, relaxing environment. Breakfast was good with options. I have been asked if cleaning of the room is needed on daily bases. Good value for money

Cosy small family-run hotel. The hotel is close to the centre, in a nice quiet location. It is located close to the bus station. We had a large clean and comfortable room with everything we needed. Good breakfast. Everything is very tasty and cooked with fresh products. Kind and helpful staff. Thank you very much, we enjoyed everything!

Perfect traditional style Turkish breakfast which had everything that you needed . The hosts Tolga Bey & Sermin hanim are just fantastic people who just know how to make guests feel welcome and remain relaxed in a superb and relaxing environment ! This is our second stay here in 2 years now , It just has a family friendly appeal to it , perfect for couples in particular who just want a few days to get away! We prefer to always stay here in Bodrum as it is in the perfect spot and location to be just out of the hussle & bustle of downtown Bodrum district , but yet is still not too far away to get to by foot if necessary !!

Every thing,every thing really was so great,the owners,Mr Tulga and his wife Sermin hanim were so kind and helpful for guests,the personals are very good too,such as Mr Suat with his nice permanent smile and french words and accent😊,Mr Anas that worked very well and at the breakfast time always asked:do you want every thing else?😊 The breakfast was so good and healthy and complete with a good variation of many home made things,we were for 7 nights in this lovely and nice Butik Otel and we missed Tulga bey and Sermon hanim and all of their staffs so much😊🙏🍀❤️ Rooms was so clean,our room was suite that was so big,the pool was so nice,the garden and pool area was so nice for seating and relaxing any time of the day. Tulga bey and Sermin hanim surprised us with a cake and candel for our 21 anniversary of our marriage,Thank a lot of them😊🙏🙏🙏 Our pick up time was midnight and Sermin hanim prepaired for us sandwiches for airport, The location of this hotel is in heart of bodrum,4 minutes walk to bodrum otogar(station)that you can with one dolmush go any places of bodrum area or other cities of turkey with bus.very near to marina and bar street that is full of bars and restaurants.I really offer this place to any one that wants to go to bordum. We had an excellent time at Oya Butik Otel. The owners were lovely and very helpful with everything. The place was very well located with a short and pleasant walk down to the Bodrum Marina. I would definitely recommend if you are in Bodrum.
