Very good value for money. Beautiful view from apartment, very spacious and well equipped. Great location, walkable to beaches, lots of restaurants and bars.

Just perfect! Well equipped, modern and very clean apartment. Had asked for a sea view and what a beautiful view. Wi-fi was great connection, and have nothing bad to say about my staff or the Residence. Staff in front office were welcoming and more than happy to help with any request. Only down side .. it's at the top of a VERY steep hill. I'm a fit person but even I found it a challenge .. goodness knows what it would be like walking up that in the heat of August, rather than March. Other than that .. would recommend this property without question.

“A pleasant hotel if you want a budget friendly stay in Bodrum.”

It’s a big room, quite comfortable bed and the accommodations. The location is a bit far from the beach and the center, but it’s easy to get a cab. We enjoyed our stay in Bodrum there.

Everything was perfect. The view is on top, the cleaning was Everyday and the staff we knew, the 3 guys were always there to help you with anything. Bravo to them and Congratulations.☆☆☆☆☆

The apartment was lovely & clean. There was a lovely view. The apartment was quiet at night. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets. A positive experience away from the hustle & bustle. A positive experience.

I stayed here with my family for 7 days. The place is really good located on top of a hill with a great view of Bodrum on both sides. You can even do a bit of hiking if you feel like it. It’s better to rent a car to get to the places you want to see. The staff were polite and attentive. The photos match the reality. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you guys!

Overall we were very pleased with this accommodation. Quite a large apartment with a nice balcony. Position was fine with a ten minute walk down to either Bodrum or Gumbet. There are taxis and busses for coming back up if you don't fancy the steep hill. Neither cost much. Pool was nice but I only used it once because I far prefer sea swimming. The washing machine and drying line was A real bonus. A good choice which I recommend but can't score higher than 8 (7.5 really) simply because of some small nagging issues which I will mention in the next section.

Location is perfect with beautiful views and sunsets. Units are spacious and very good value for money. Staff were fantastic and willing to assist. My wife left her reading glasses behind and they assisted with transporting then to out next hotel.
