We absolutely loved our stay at Bodrum Local House. The staff were very welcoming and responsive, the apartments were spotless, and the facilities were excellent. Most importantly, the location is perfect for families with kids, just a 5-minute walk from the centre, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and play areas nearby. We also had no issues with parking, which made everything even more convenient. The property is very well maintained, peaceful, and clean. I would highly recommend Bodrum Local House to anyone looking for a comfortable family-friendly stay in Bodrum.

Its a beautiful quite location, right next to the harbour (about a 5 min walk) and close to a big supermarket as well. Taxi rank about 30 yards from the front door. Rooms are clean, the house is nice and big. Kitchen is well equipped. And internet is fast.

We had a really lovely stay at this apartment and would happily come back again. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was responsive, and made everything very easy from check-in to check-out. Communication was smooth throughout, which we really appreciated. Overall, a very positive experience

“Great value for money”

The apartment was very clean, couldn't fault it at all. Staff was kind enough to allow us to check in 30 mins early and handed us the key card. The facilities looked brand new. Equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven and fridge/freezer. Location is near the Marina, restaurants and main attractions. We had a lovely stay and it was great value for money.

Everything was great! Wonderful location - right next to the port and the old town. It's a 20-minute walk to the nearest beach. The apartment is clean and cozy. There's almost everything inside 😁

Check in was smooth, staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. Apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities including dishwasher, washing machine and clothes horse for drying outside. Easy walking distance in to Bodrum Marina and Migros around the corner for groceries. I had a couple of queries that were answered very quickly through Booking com. Would definitely stay here again!

“Apartment in a good location.”

There was parking out front. The kitchen was decently equipped. Lots of cats around that we enjoyed watching and feeding. Short walk to the main street along the water, about a 20-minute walk to the Bodrum Castle. Ruby's Pizza was good and is a short walk. Easy car drive to visit the beaches.

Appartments were well equipped,clean, and cozy. It is located near a big supermarket MMM. However, you should be ready to listen mullah pray from the nearby mosque 5 times a day (2 times per night). Mosque located very near to appartments and sound is very loud. By my opinion live in appartments is much better then in the hotel. It's about 45 min of walk to the nearest public beach.

Bodrum local house is within a perfect location. The property itself was just perfect for our little family! It has all the amenities you need as parents and to enjoy your stay! The whole apartment was very clean and cosy. It was walking distance to shops, supermarket (Migros) and taxi stand. It was only a 7 minute drive (20 minute walk) to Bodrum Centre. The staff at Bodrum Local house was extremely helpful and quick to respond to messages! I would definitely recommend this place as you get what you see in the photos shown.

“Quiet and peaceful apartment with good amenities close to everything.”

The location was quiet and in a good position to visit everything. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around. Good wifi, comfortable lounge, good balcony, great washing machine. First place with a coffee machine which makes all the difference when a coffee out is more expensive than home. Host responsive to supplying things that were missing such as sharp knife, chopping board. Essential items are often missing. Air conditioners were quiet and effective. Fly screens on sliding patio doors (important). All in all very well appointed and well laid out apartment.

Great Little Spot in Bodrum! We had a good stay at this cozy local Bodrum house! The location was super convenient – just a 5-minute walk to the marina and right next to a Migros grocery store, which made things very easy. The house was small but comfy and modern. While the kitchen wasn’t fully equipped, it had the necessary essentials like cutlery, a kettle, and a few basics for simple meals. The place also had good Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a clean bathroom with hot water. The bed was comfortable, and everything was neat and well-maintained. It’s a perfect spot for a solo traveler or couple who want a peaceful, well-located place close to the heart of Bodrum. I’d definitely stay again
