“Terrible”

They tried fitting too many bunk beds for the size of the room, the bathroom was so dirty I have never seen anything in that state. Also, there was no water for a shower. And to finish off, there were no lockers or locks on the door so people could just waltz in whenever they felt like it. Also extremely noisy even at 7am.

If you want to relax don’t go during the weekend. We stayed there in the middle of the week and was completely different compared with the last time.

I cannot find words to describe how marvellous this hostel is. It seems that even a high-class hotel is inferior to twin Fin Plaza. The rooms are cosy and very spacious, with a proper number of beds. By no means there are too many bunks, reducing the space drastically and making coexistence more difficult. No, no... The windows are wisely located, and are big and functional. You could think that the absence of curtains (or anything similar) will bother you, but in that case you won´t wake up extraordinarily early and full of energy. Lockers are everywhere. In fact, their number is so ridiculously large that doors don´t have a key (forget about asking for one). Otherwise, strangers couldn´t help you to organize your luggage. Think about it for a moment: a paper wrist lace (that a non- existent guard will ask you for) is a clever and safer idea. Another great point is that you know a lot of gossip, since the walls are so tight thar you can hear load arguments and music all day and all night. One day I heard two drunk guys shouting in the distance. I am glad that my sleep was interrupted to listen to them. Although the check in is at 12:00, we could not enter until 13:00. It was nice. For sure is the cause of the brightness of the floor. Thanks to that delay, we started thinking about our daily problems. My friend was even able to reconcile with his brother, with whom he had not spoken for 2 years. But the best of all is the bathroom. There is a toilet in every corner, and they are incredibly clean, also the floor and the roof. You will feel comfortable inside. In relation to the shower, the warm water works perfectly, increasing or decreasing its temperature in less than 1 second. Under no circumstances would you find used and prehistoric brushes or soaps, which have not been retired by workers. I will recommend this place to everybody who wants to live great experiences. “This is the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in.”

Awful awful awful room. We paid an arm and a leg ($54) for a bed in a 10 man dorm. The bed in which I was staying had a hole in the ceiling and felt totally unclean. Wifi didn’t work, and there was a power cut whilst we were staying. Do not stay here. Only saving grace was the two ladies who checked us in, who were very kind and accommodating.

The place is in a very good location, and it's not expensive. The staff, especially Mathias and Carlos, are very friendly. Very nice breakfast as well, for a friendly price. Each room has its own bathroom and the day I stayed there was nobody else inside.
