Location is perfect, the pool and the restaurant are amazing. Staff was very kind. I loved having the room with the private sun terrace and the view to the water, worth the extra price.

The staff was very nice and most of them spoke a good English. We loved the swimming pool with the bar and their restaurant. The location was excellent and we liked to have their exclusive parking lot just for our car. Having some kitchen facilities in the room was also great.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful, the pool and view to the sea were amazing. My room was massive and it was lovely to have a little kitchen area and sofa. Staff were super friendly and couldn't do enough to help me, the coconut margaritas were to die for!

- The hotel was very nice. We stayed in a King's Suite with Ocean View and the view was definitely worth it! The room size also pleasantly surprised and the room generally had everything you need. Also very clean. - Enrique was a very helpful and friendly receptionist that contributed to the general pleasant impression of the hotel. - The food as well as the restaurant staff were nice.

“very poor for the high price”

I had an upgraded room with fridge, stove and coffee maker, however , the room did not come with basic product for cooking , salt, pepper sugar etc. also there was a coffee maker in the room, but we were told that they do not supply any coffee or sugar, we finally got some from them , but it took a bit of arguing that any hotel that supplies a coffee maker should supply a little coffee, we also prepaid for breakfast for 3 days, when we went for breakfast we were told only one drink, juice or coffee and if you wanted a refill of coffee you had to pay more. Our room faced the street and in the 3 days we were there, there was continuous road construction which was very noisy.
