Great location and nice and clean. All facilities worked well and the private kitchen had everything you need.

Nice Italian managers. Very helpful, even brought me by car to take the ferry to another island. Also, the first time I stayed there they gave me a free upgrade to an apartment. A plus is that there's a kitchen for the guests en rooms with AC. Good price-quality ratio.

The best host ever, he helped me with everything even helped to organized my trip to the bribri community as I didn’t want to do it in a touristy way just wanted to connnect with the locals so he introduced me to one of his friends who is happened to be bribri. The accommodation itself is good for 2 nights, you have what you need, but no luxury. It will be renovated soon.

Nice quiet location, Bocas town can be pretty noisy but this place avoids that while only being 5 minutes walk from the centre

Nice location close enough to the main strip. An older property, but maintained satisfactory. A basic private room. It did the job for a few day visit to Bocas. A friendly hostel environment.

There was a well stocked kitchen and nice space to sit outside. Its a very nice hostel and behind a gate so feels safe.

The owners are very nice and very informative. The location is excellent close enough to everything but also quiet. The room was clean and comfortable with daily services clean towels etc. The kitchen area is great with Hot coffee all day. We had our laundry done. We would definitely stay again.

Super central, has nice facilities, and Thomas was a super friendly and helpful owner. There’s is a clean shared kitchen, and the rooms are comfortable even though they are small. The shower in the room even had warm water! We loved it!

The man who owns it and the staff are extremely friendly and kind. Made our experience very positive. They had amazing brewed coffee throughout the day which was very nice. The location is amazing. They have hot water in the showers.

Unique vibe at Surfari Bocas. Lovely owners, clean and fully equipped kitchen. Cute decorated rooms with private bathroom. Location couldn’t be better! 5 min walk from center of Bocas Town but still quiet enough to not disturb at night. Price was very reasonable for everything this place offered. Will come back :)

“Awesome trip to Bocas del Toro”

Surfari Bocas is the place to be in Bocas Town... It's situated in a quiet spot two minutes walk from the center... Here you'll find shops, restaurants, cafés and island tours... It's great for island hopping... Water taxis are always available and ready to take you anywhere you wish... The staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming... And the room of spacious dimensions... If you're thinking of visiting Bocas del Toro please check this place out... Thank you

Basic hostel, hot shower, AC, comfy beds. Even did our laundry quickly and without issues. Walking distance to everything.

Lovely, friendly, quiet, clean hostel on south edge of town, 5 minutes walk from ferry points and bus stops. Locked front gate, key provided, key to room. Excellent wifi/internet/network. Good size kitchen, 6 ring gas hob & oven, toaster, 2 fridge/freezers (kept free of cooked food in used pots), microwave, juicer, coffee maker, plenty of pots/pans, crockery and cutlery. Loads of eating areas outside. Laundry $5 (not used). Thomas (owner/manager?) very helpful, offering loads of advice on where to go and how. Small bedroom, plenty of power points, bedside lamp, bin, air-conditioning. Small amount of storage. Powerful shower (no hot water).
