“Great place to stay in Bocas... Close, but quiet”

Great location, far enough away from bocas town to be quiet and peaceful, but a quick cab ride to the action when desired. The caballitos unit was perfect for our needs... Big enough, good bathroom, lots of hot water, good ac, firm but good bed. In room safe was great. A luggage stand would be appreciated to set our suitcase on... There was limited clothes storage space. Enough kitchen supplies for simple meals. Liked the full size fridge. Well stocked store a minute away. More than enough purified water. Was clean when we got there, and was ready early. Patio was lovely.Rocio, Rebecca and Stirling were all pleasant, helpful and present without being intrusive in any way. Saw a ray a couple of times swimming under the dock, and saw several starfish from the dock. Really couldn't have been a better stay. Would love an electronic lock. Was terrified of dropping the keys and having them fall through to the sea. Pretty much perfect overwater bungalow. You are unlikely to find a better one for any cheaper.

“Potential for more”

Everything was clean and the staff really friendly and helpful. Apart from the private porch, there is a nice common sitting area on the pier with views of the bay and overall it is a nice and quiet apartment complex.

Stunning ocean views, beautiful deck with nice hammock set up. Nice and peaceful location out of town. Grocery store nearby and walking path into town. Really liked having a blender in the kitchen!

I loved being on the water. The place was thoughtfully supplied and outstandingly clean and I slept like a baby. Rocio was also very helpful, informative and pretty.

“Great location for short break in Bocas”

Great location close to, but away from Bocas town. Amazing dock for sundowners, great view, and saying hello to other guests. Excellent manager in Rebecca from whom nothing was too much trouble. Able to prepare simple meal and supermarket very close. Able to store luggage post check out.

“Nice option”

This place is located far from the center of bocas del toro. Walking from the boat pier is not advisable unless you are fine to walk 40 min with your luggage and do not expect any special view on the way. The house is exactly as advertised, lies facing the shallow bay. Depending on what you choose, you can be closer or further to the water. You can swim in the bay, but not probably the most exciting thing you can do there. The room was OK, but a bit small. Balcony was great and the view very relaxing. Kitchen is good. AC works, but it is old and a bit noisy. The hostess is great and very helpful. Thank you!

It was very loud when it rained, otherwise amazing.

We stayed in an over-the-water bungalow. It was roomy, clean, and had a fabulous view of the bay. It was quiet even though it was on a main road. Property was well maintained.

Absolutely loved the stay and the staff is super helpful as well, cannot recommend it enough and will definitely be booking it again whenever I return to bocas!!!

The apartment is first rate and the dock made things work. The people at Kawi, who was refered to by the apartment made for a great tour.

“Amazing stay in Boca del Toro!”

We stayed in the studio with a private balcony (Estrella del Mar). Loved sitting on the terrace with a cold beer overlooking the Caribbean sea and watching the sunset 😎. You can hire paddle boards/ canoes & take them straight into the water from the pier. Bikes also available to hire. Rebecca was a great host & always available to help with any questions. The owner, Sterling, was a top bloke who kindly dropped us back at the airport! It’s about a 20 min walk to town or you can jump in a taxi for $1 each. (During the day walk along the beach to cut the corner off & avoid the traffic on the main road)

Great place! We enjoyed the peaceful location, the wonderful sea view, the terrace with the hammocks- a great place to start your morning and watch the sunset, the kitchen was very convenient and we were very close to the super market. And lastly, Rebecca the host was super nice and helpful. We highly recommend!

“Alternative to staying in town, very quiet, but need to rent min bicycle not to depend on taxis”

Rebecca was the contactperson. She is great! Very helpful. Very fast in giving feedback. Looking for solutions, Perfect person on the perfect place.

The little deck on the back. Very peaceful. We saw some manta rays! The fresh water stand so we could refill our bottles easily.

“Bocas del Torro”

Location was close to everywhere, the view is spectacular and very private. Rebecca who manages the place is a super great gal,she was informative and always availabe for anything. We will definitely be going back!

Awesome! Very nice location. Dream at the water! Rebecca is a very nice woman and gives good tipps. Supermarket is very Close. Bikes ans kajaks for ok-prices! I cam recommend going with single-kajaks to the left to the floating bars or watch dolphins in front of the house with the kajaks. Christian amd anne from Germany

All the amenities you need, close to a grocery store, close to town. The pier is great beautiful views nice place for an evening drink
